Zackery Graham just finished inspecting our encapsulations, pump, and Dehumidifiers! I just wanted to say the job he did and explaining about the inspection was very thorough and informative! Also, I just wanted to say he did an outstanding job! I hope he is the technician AFS sends to check our system each and every year! AFS is very lucky to have him working for them!

Matthew and John from AFS did an excellent job raising and leveling the concrete surrounding my pool. They were careful with my property and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. My pool now looks better than it has in many years and I can certainly recommend them and AFS without reservation.

From the very beginning of working out the details of encapsulating our crawlspace with Keenan to the moment Chance, Joseph, and Christopher finished the project, these guys were phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a better crew to work with. They went above and beyond, answering every question we had and communicated far beyond expectations to make sure we knew what was going on through the entire process. Extremely professional, efficient, and hardworking from beginning to end! Our crawlspace looks absolutely amazing, thanks AFS!

Basement waterproof system installed in 2 days by Earle Gamble's team was done efficiently and professionally. I chose AFS because the bid was competitive with other contractors and they were able to schedule service within 2 days of signing the contract. Jason Camp was able to quickly answer questions on email and delivered on his promises. We are very happy with the results.

I had high expectations for AFS when I hired them to seal our crawlspace and they far exceeded them on every level. The installation team they sent was absolutely exceptional. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The job was done perfectly and a day and a half early! Tyler and Kayode (and their trainee) kept communication lines open, worked diligently and cleaned up completely afterwards. It's been my experience that this is an excellent, trustworthy company. I couldn't be more pleased.
