I had AFS come out to give us a free estimate. Bobby came out to our place. He was so kind, respectful and extremely informative. I honestly had the best experience. He took great pictures to show us the problems and explained them in a way that I could understand. I will be recommending AFS and specifically Bobby to anyone else dealing with foundation issues! Highly recommend AFS Nashville. Jake came for our initial estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. He was not in a rush to give us an estimate and leave like the others. We accepted the estimate and the very next day we were placed on the schedule. The team arrived the planned start date and were here 3 days as expected. I cannot brag enough of the courteousness, attention to detail, and hard working men that were our crew. Adam, Selvin and Jesse were the best! Very hard working and Adam even talked to my neighbor about possibility of the equipment in her yard. I highly recommend AFS Nashville and this team. Nate Burrow done an awesome job on evaluating the condition of my basement foundation. His inspection was very thorough. Explained in detail why my basement is leaking and what caused the issue. Used laser lights to see the offset of my foundation. Nate is very professional and I highly recommend anyone to use Nate for an inspection of your basement and foundation.

Every person we worked with was both professional, experienced, delivered on their promises, and very thorough. In particular, their installation team led by Evan Jensen along with Aldo Gracia and Jorge Martinez were outstanding. They communicated extremely well, were polite, on time, were very considerate of our property, and their encapsulation install looks amazing. I waited a month to see how the short term results of the work they did would look and hold up. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of work, the price, and the service. Parris Houchins & Bug Boyd were very hard workers, outstanding with their customer service, and brought it down into terms that someone not familiar with foundation work could understand. I would definitely recommend them if you need a reasonably priced solution to your foundation problems.

On Wednesday December 14th we had our service contract yearly inspection. First one so we were not sure how thorough they would be. It was awesome. The service technician George Steiner was very nice and professional. He spent about an hour checking all the components of of our encapsulated crawl space and drainage system. Repaired any deficiencies, services the humidifier. Then presented everything to us in photographs on his laptop. Pleased is an understatement. Absolutely too notch.Thanks AFS and George Steiner, well done.

We were in a panic with flooding issues in our basement. The guys at AFS came out, spent several hours looking at the property and explaining their products. We hired them to install a drain and sump pump system. They got started right away, were friendly, professional and our basement is no longer flooding.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I had a difficult retaining wall repair that involved digging through lots of rocks. This company was able to do the repair for 1/3 the cost of a competitor. Emily did our estimate and was very thorough and straightforward. I really like how she coordinated with her supervisor and work crew foreman right there on site using video chat so that there were no after the fact surprises on the estimate. Andres Perez was our project foreman and I feel like he thoroughly exceeded my expectations. He was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of my many questions.

We had to repair or replace a 18×20 ft concrete patio at our condo that had a major crack, and I got three companies to give me an estimate- two of them were going to just remove the old patio and re-pour the patio. The AFS estimator showed me exactly what had caused the problem – the ground on one side had sunk due to moisture, and showed me a video of their foam process which lifts the concrete back into place and is ready to use after 15 minutes. The work is guaranteed for 5 years and the warranty is transferable to a new owner. The price quoted was less than half of one of the concrete replacement quotes that I was considering. The two technicians that performed the work were very professional and did the entire repair, including cleanup, in less than an hour. They took great care to ensure that the concrete was completely level and that the crack was filled and covered. I was very pleased with the entire process and will use them again in the future if any other foundation or concrete problems occur.
