We were really happy we choose AFS to work on our foundation issues. The inspector Chase Griffith was so thorough in his inspection and explanations of the issue and recommended remedy that it gave us complete confidence in the plan. When the team showed up to perform the work that confidence continued with foreman Tyler Moreland. He was always explaining what they were doing, referring back to the plan, and asking and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them and, in fact, I already have. A neighbor asked me about them and their work and I wholeheartedly endorsed this company to them.

Brian can and told me what I needed and stood behind his word Tyler showed up and add to the team The crazy guys Jonnie the boss of the crew every morning we are on the way. Answered all my crazy questions and always had a smile Michael the good looking one you know every crew has one Cortez aka Corkey that explains it's self Logan the tallest of the crew soft spoken Always making sure I was happy And we can't forget David the Electrical guy. He was a huge help doing so much more to make things better for me Now that I have pocked fun at the crew They were very kind and respectful to me and my home! Very knowledgeable , hard working . They were on time and gave a heads up call before the job. This crew did my foundation. The materials are quite impressive! I know what side of my house to go to in case of a bad storm, lol. The young men were hard workers and knew their job. I'm very impressed with their work. This company is lucky to have such a great crew who represents them. Friday I have the same company coming out to correct my walkway because it's dangerously uneven. They are going to use the foam. Thank you to Hank, David and Germain.

What a pleasure meeting Wade Siler from AFS. With 20 years experience he arrived on time with everything he needed to make a good evaluation of my crawl space. After nearly an hour of crawling around under my house he came out and after a few minutes he had drawn a diagram of my structure and at least 20 pictures with his recommendations. No high pressure. I believe AFS is a quality company to do business with. I would give Mr. Siler an A plus and feel AFS is lucky to have such a great employee.

Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

Reviewing just the quoting process: Trevor P. came out to do our quote for foundation and floor settling. He was incredibly thorough in the process, looking at signs of wear on both levels of the house, and taking plenty of measurements to map out out floors on the downstairs level. He spent plenty of time explaining what he was looking for and why, and making sure we understood the science of what was happening. Ultimately we did go for another quote out of a preference for "good enough to be safe" over "as perfect as possible", but if this was our forever home I would 100% have picked AFS to do the work. I can't promise they'll be the pick for you, but I do still highly recommend you get a quote with them in your process.
