I had AFS come out to do an inspection and a quote. Everything from scheduling the appointment to the inspection and quote was beyond easy. The inspector Alan McConnell communicated when he would arrive and was there right on time. Alan explained all the work and recommendations in an easy way to understand and even assisted with setting up with their financing partner making this one of the quickest and easiest quotes I've ever gotten.

I recently had an inspection conducted by Alan M. to look at a few cracks in my basement that had recently leaked water and some additional cracks on the exterior of foundation. I was very pleased with the overall consultation. He provided very valuable input and discussed different solutions with me along with the pros/cons of each. I was very impressed with his professionalism and felt like I was given honest and sound advice to help me make a decision. I would highly recommend Alan M.

I had a great experience with AFS from start to finish. The company was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their team was easy to work with and clearly takes pride in providing quality service. Toney, who inspected my home’s foundation, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I would confidently recommend AFS and Toney to anyone in need of a foundation inspection.

This is my second big project with AFS and, like the first one, every step of the way was polite and professional. The AFS crews are fantastic! Andres Perez, Jordan Sanchez and Joshuar Cruz showed up on time and explained their plan which they executed perfectly. AFS may cost a bit more than some other companies, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't trust my home's foundation to anyone else.

Landon and Brad came out and inspected my crawl space. I was concerned about my vapor barrier and rightfully so. They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated. I like that they understood I wanted something long term, and not just a band-aid fix. I also appreciate them being patient with me while I crunched numbers on my laptop. Overall, the two of them were very kind, professional, and informative. Thank you!

Super efficient! Ovy Thompson, Clayton Cox & Landon Chambers came out and repaired my foundation wall as well as the floor joist. I was told it could be completed in two days and it was Todd Van Dyke was the inspector initially and provided a timely estimate as well as schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with foundation and crawlspace repairs. They came highly recommended, very professional on time and within budget
