What a pleasure meeting Wade Siler from AFS. With 20 years experience he arrived on time with everything he needed to make a good evaluation of my crawl space. After nearly an hour of crawling around under my house he came out and after a few minutes he had drawn a diagram of my structure and at least 20 pictures with his recommendations. No high pressure. I believe AFS is a quality company to do business with. I would give Mr. Siler an A plus and feel AFS is lucky to have such a great employee.

AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

Tony Marlowe came out and drove 2.5 hours to inspect the foundation of home! He was on time, very polite and took the time to answered all our questions. Our home is going to need over 15K in foundation work so as consumers we want to feel good about the quality of the work we will be getting done with AFS. I needed a sidewalk lifted and some voids under the garage floor filled, so I contacted AFS do get an estimate for the repairs. The estimator, Jordan Clark, did a thorough inspection and told us what was needed. I decided to go ahead with the repairs, and this morning Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford completed the repairs. The sidewalk is back up where it’s supposed to be, the trip hazards gone, and the garage floor shored up so it shouldn’t crack and settle down the road. Parris was very helpful in explaining what they were doing. I’d recommend AFS Knoxville for your sidewalk/driveway lifting needs.

I have been dealing with AFS since 2023. I dealt with issues of water building up in my basement for over 20 years and I was not sure why….

I have been dealing with AFS since 2023. I dealt with issues of water building up in my basement for over 20 years and I was not sure why. One day I ran across an ad on TV that said they could put a sump pump in the ground that would draw the water out of my house. My first great service man was Matt Hall and once he left the company I was lucky enough to have Charles Hallmark come and take over services for me for maintenance needs. Charles was able to understand my concerns. Make sure my service equipment was up to date and working properly, He let me know that any service needs that I may have in the future he was available to assist me with and I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything at this time. But he also made me understand the importance and urgency of me not letting any of these these items and that need to be addressed taken care of as well. I can respect that and I definitely appreciate it because everybody's not in a financial position at the same time to just fix everything. That goes a long way and keeps lifelong customers. I wish all representatives understood that. Educate your customer as much as you can and then give them the freedom of space to make decisions when their financial able to. If you're an AFS future customer or existing customer and you're looking for a gentleman who understands and will make sure the service is done right, please ask for Charles Hallmark.
