Reid Cox of AFS Foundations Knoxville, TN was extremely helpful and responsive by email, txt and phone. The wall under the front porch of our farm house built in 1955 was caving in from the pressure. AFS came up with an affordable solution that will prevent a full collapse. I really enjoyed working with this company and would highly recommend them.

AFS is a straight-up company. From the initial inspection by Fred, to the work being completed by Dillon and his crew, I could not have expected a smoother process. The skills and professionalism of each was way beyond what was expected. Dillon explained each process in detail and answered any questions or concerns I had. The finished product resulted in a house that no longer have doors that stick when opening and closing or floors that creak when walking on them, and is once again level. The clean-up when finished was a plus. They seeded and put straw down in the yard wherever their machine had been or they had been working. I would highly recommend AFS for any foundation repair work someone may need. You will not be disappointed. Thank you AFS for a job well done Allen & Sheron McGill Alcoa, TN

Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. Super efficient! Ovy Thompson, Clayton Cox & Landon Chambers came out and repaired my foundation wall as well as the floor joist. I was told it could be completed in two days and it was Todd Van Dyke was the inspector initially and provided a timely estimate as well as schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with foundation and crawlspace repairs. They came highly recommended, very professional on time and within budget
