He spent a significant amount of time with us, explaining the processes used by his company, inspecting the crawl space and then presenting a proposal for repair and mitigation of future damage. I had a great experience working with Rhett at AFS. He was incredibly thorough with his assessment and explained everything. My house was built in the 50s, so it has its quirks. He assured me that repairing the moisture damage in the crawlspace was step one in our home reno. A crawlspace repair is definitely not something you want to spend money on, but I feel confident it was worth every penny!

AFS was great. Paul, Uriel, Jose, Edgar, and Jesus were amazing to work with. After Paul quoted us, they had an opening and told me it would be about 2 days to complete. The crew got there punctually at 9:30 and were done by 4pm the same day. They had to install 10 of the piers under my slab one end of my home as it was settling and causing deflection in the slab. The crew came out and were very kind, professional, and quick.
