I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA – Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023. Upon requesting information on a consultation Mr Clark Davis reached out to me via phone call setup an appt and was on time and very patient with due to me having to get off work but he greeted me with a hand shake while introducing himself. He thoroughly explain to me what his job title was as well as what he came to do. He did a thorough inspection under the house as well as took pictures to help me understand what he was looking for and what all needed to be like he really explained in detail what was expected to be done also showed me videos of what was goi no to be done. I was VERY confident and trusted that I was in good hands with him at that moment. Fast forward he then called me with the dates on when the crew would come and they too were also very thorough greeted me and they were all on point with EVERYTHING. I really do appreciate Kyle, Debo, and Quinton for doing a very good job and the best part that I really liked is that they cleaned up behind themselves and make sure I was satisfied with the results and I was!! I plan on continuing doing business with them in the near future. I can truly say I absolutely love the work that has been done so far. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!

AHS recently encapsulated our crawlspace. The crew that did the work was 5 stars. Evan, Aldo, Mason & Joel did a phenomenal job. They kept us well informed as to what they were doing and why- stellar communication! Attention to detail was exceptional— Far beyond the ordinary. Materials were first rate and the company’s prices were quite reasonable. Our house is older, 1973, with its own set of quirks. Fortunately, this team had the skills to meet the challenge. The finished product was outstanding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I was standing at the crossroads of whether to sell my home/property or have foundation issues addressed. An AFS truck passed my house one day so I decided to give them a call for an inspection and quote. Joe Kashner, Project Manager, arrived and did the inspection. Thankfully, it was found that I had termites, which I immediately had treated. He went over the issues, which were much more than I anticipated, and then the quote. It still left me standing at the crossroads on what to do. However, after much thought and discussion and questions answered, Joe worked with me, and I made a decision I wanted to keep my home. An AFS crew showed up on a Monday for a week long project that included joist work (adding and replacement), partial girder replacement, some sealplate replacement, and then encapsulation (due to water and moisture problems). The crew – Taylor Fox, David Ennis, Patrick Trotter, and Clay Graham (who came on the last day to assist with completion) were nothing short of amazing. Such hardworking professionals with great work ethic that kept me updated throughout the project with pics. I just can't say enough good. What a pleasure it was to have them around. Their workmanship looks amazing! I am so thankful for that truck passing my house that one day that lead me to call AFS. I know they had my best interest at heart, and for that, I am grateful. I was blessed with the best!

Trevor, Brennan, James, and Jamari were the crew to do the push piers on our foundation and we couldn't be happier with their work. They were punctual, polite, finished ahead of schedule and left the place just as clean as they found it. I am thoroughly satisfied with the company as a whole. From the sight survey and evaluation all the way through completion they went above and beyond. Always communicated with me and kept me informed of expectations, changes, and arrival times. If you are considering using AFS… I couldn't recommend them enough. I am one happy customer!
