Joe and his crew of Pedro, Ty and Kameron did a great professional job. Very courteous and prompt! The crew walked me through what was going to happen before starting as well as briefed me throuhout the process. When the job was completed Joe went with me to inspect and explained details about the system and what to look for. Seth Thomas was a great help selling me the system, and explaining the importance of what I was buying. I will be recommending AFS to all my friends!

Ed Duffey came to our home to inspect the concrete work we had done on our driveway almost a year ago. Ed was extremely professional and courteous. AFS really stands behind their work and ensures the customer is happy with the results. The driveway was installed 80 years ago. The driveway is much safer now that we have had it repaired. The repairs should last another 80 years or more!

Had to have water remediation due to a broken pipe. Water damaged the existing vapor barrier. Insurance company recommended we contact a large/national company for repair.AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job.AFS insured that they “kept us in the loop“ with phone calls and/or text messages.We are very happy with the encapsulation.Would definitely recommend AFS Dash Knoxville to anyone, looking to encapsulate their crawlspace/basement.

UPDATE At first every thing was great, customer service was excellent. Great warranty for a settling slab. It's been settling again for almost a year. Huge chasms under foundation still. We've been trying to get them to put more foam. My wife has been reassured this would be fixed multiple times, they even came out once and then did nothing but put some dirt over it. This would be at least 4th time I can remember us trying to get this fixed! Please do something!? I packed dirt into the holes because I can't leave it exposed like that to the rain but it still needs more foam! 🥲 They came out and fixed the problem. Thank you guys so much, shout out to Zack
