Dry Ground Pros did an outstanding job on my home. I was dealing with water pooling around the house and early signs of moisture getting into the foundation. They installed a French drain and redirected all of my downspouts, and the difference is night and day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. If you’re in Cleveland, Tennessee and need reliable drainage or stormwater solutions, I highly recommend Dry Ground Pros.

AFS did a great job repairing my 2 1/2 year old driveway. Due to poor compaction during construction my driveway had several voids underneath the driveway. The driveway sank in places and was badly cracked. Josh and Jeremy from AFS did great work. I counted 47 injection sites where they injected high density foam to fill the voids and lift the driveway. They worked the cracks with a 4 inch diamond blade and sealed every single crack afterwards. They left the work site clean. Bret was my AFS representative and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend AFS.

I recently had Jarrod Kingrey from Alabama Foundation Specialists (AFS) out for a service call, and I can’t say enough good things about him and the experience! Jarrod arrived right on time, was extremely professional, polite, and clearly takes pride in his work. He thoroughly inspected our foundation/crawl space, explained everything in plain language walking us through exactly what was going on and gave recommendations for what would need to be done in the future. His knowledge and attention to detail were impressive—he spotted things we never would have noticed ourselves and gave us honest, practical advice. What really stood out was how courteous and respectful he was the entire time. He cleaned up after himself, protected our property, and even took the extra time to answer all our questions patiently. In a world where service calls can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Jarrod made us feel like our home truly mattered to him. My experience with AFS was both professional and stress free, from start to finish. It started with field inspector Mike coming in and reviewing what I was trying to accomplish, and then helping me develop a budget that I was comfortable with. It ended with installers Cody, Brady, and Aiden coming in and doing an excellent job of incapsulating my crawl space. All and all, this was one of my best experience working with contractors on a project.

You want the best of the best? Call and ask for Ross. Ross is a big guy and I thought there was no way he would be able to fit in the areas I needed examined in my crawlspace. Let me tell you, I thought I was watching Santa Claus in action, that man disappeared in my crawl space and didn't come back until the whole thing was mapped and solutions were on the table. The follow up work to fix the issues was great as well. All around great experience.
