The real measure of a company is not how they behave when all is well, but how they treat their customers when everything goes pear-shaped; and that's exactly what happened in our case. Sometimes you get a bad crew, a small group of ne'er do wells who simply don't perform. It happens. It happened to us. However once upper management found out what was going on they didn't hesitate to swoop in and make everything right, and that at a substantial cost to themselves. Concrete work is bloody expensive no matter the size of the job and, although we're just one small residential account, we were taken seriously and all repairs were done professionally and at our convenience. I can't praise these people enough for how they chose to behave when the chips were down, and I highly recommend them both for their skill and their commitment.

Awesome experience. I ran a laser in my house and found one corner had sunk 3.25" since it was built (late 70s). Called a few companies for quotes. One company didn't measure anything, just looked for cracks in masonry/drywall, and told me to use self leveling concrete. One room alone was 2.5" out of flat, and self leveling would've covered the sill plates on the walls… AFS actually measured, with calibrated equipment, and made a map of the house with measurements and proposed pier locations. They were timely with the quote, and getting a crew out to perform the work. I signed the waiver, and asked the crew to not just stabilize, but to lift my foundation on the helical piers and see what inconsistency we could take out. They were cautious, and I told them to keep going as we monitored. We ultimately got the worst room (2.5" out of level from corner to corner in a 10'x13'room) to within a quarter inch on the 13' wall, and an eighth on the 10' wall! Yes, it's more expensive than doing nothing, or using other systems. But it was totally worth it. Any remodeling work in the future would have required fighting every step of the way with other solutions. I.e. ceiling heights inconsistent. Walls bowed or out of plumb, no 90 degree corners to be found. Definitely glad I paid a bit to do it the right way. And it only took them 1 full day to do it all (7x piers).

Highly recommend AFS Nashville. Jake came for our initial estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. He was not in a rush to give us an estimate and leave like the others. We accepted the estimate and the very next day we were placed on the schedule. The team arrived the planned start date and were here 3 days as expected. I cannot brag enough of the courteousness, attention to detail, and hard working men that were our crew. Adam, Selvin and Jesse were the best! Very hard working and Adam even talked to my neighbor about possibility of the equipment in her yard. I highly recommend AFS Nashville and this team. Many thanks for a job well done

I had issues with my carport and porch that had sunken in over time Nick B and Ethan E of ASF came out and raised my concrete back to is original place. Not only did they repair the concrete on the porch but took great care with the roof supports striaghting the bent support in the process.
