We called AFS Knoxville after finding some concerning areas in our basement. Talon came out and took the time to fully educate us on the issues we were seeing rather than just pitching a product/service. He also was so patient in answering all the questions we posed. Because of the initial consultation with Talon, we ultimately decided to move forward in working with AFS and are looking forward to seeing the end result!

Dan, CJ, and Taylor were awesome! All three of them worked hard, and placated my abundant questions. We were working on parts of the home that made their jobs more difficult at the time, and they didn't miss a beat. Super understanding, flexible, and went the extra mile to help me out making sure we weren't getting in each other's way. Dan made sure to communicate very clearly when they would be on site, what they were doing each day, and made sure he made time for all my questions.

Rhys Lucena-Jones was our service tech today. He touched base the day before our appointment and called ahead to let us know he was on the way today. We were very pleased with his service. He answered all our questions and spent the time needed to thoroughly finish the job.

Allan Proctor was our technician for AFS coming to do the one year follow up appointment on our encapsulation. He was professional, he was kind, he was thorough. Explained everything that I needed to know and made it very very un pressure filled. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you very much!

Reviewing just the quoting process: Trevor P. came out to do our quote for foundation and floor settling. He was incredibly thorough in the process, looking at signs of wear on both levels of the house, and taking plenty of measurements to map out out floors on the downstairs level. He spent plenty of time explaining what he was looking for and why, and making sure we understood the science of what was happening. Ultimately we did go for another quote out of a preference for "good enough to be safe" over "as perfect as possible", but if this was our forever home I would 100% have picked AFS to do the work. I can't promise they'll be the pick for you, but I do still highly recommend you get a quote with them in your process.

David, Bobby, and Jesus did a wonderful job! They communicated well what they were doing throughout the day and were very conscientious. They had to remove a lot of soil, but they were careful not to disturb other areas of the yard with the machinery. They were also meticulous in their cleanup. Thank you for a job well done!

Our crew – Uber, Jorge, Marco and Fernando – who serviced our house was professional and extremely hardworking. The foundation work was more complicated and difficult due to terrain and landscape. They communicated well, set expectations and worked late each day to complete the job. Thank you AFS.
