Nick and Josh showed up in my home yesterday to complete the work on my pool deck, leveling and stabilization. Nick explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to stabilize the concrete deck. He was very clear, very professional in how he delivered the information. Josh explained to me some of the techniques they would use to truly make this look professional complete and stable. I was thoroughly impressed with these two fellas and the work that they had accomplished. These two guys are a crackerjack team and should be acknowledged for their work and service. Alex was fantastic. We had multiple cracks in the concrete outside our house and were worried it was a more serious foundation issue. Alex did a 90 minute inspection for free and found no major issues. He gave us some tips as well. Very, very happy with this company!

I recently found out the Credit Union I am over needed major foundation repairs. I had to obtain 3 estimates to present to my board. The estimate from AFS was competitive in terms of price with the other companies, but they trumped the competition in other ways. Forest (the estimator w/AFS) was awesome, he took me around the building and showed me exactly how the equipment worked to determined the extent of the repairs needed. He was extremely friendly and informative. He even answered my boards questions concerning the competitors estimates because I couldn’t reach them on the phone. 12 outta 10 for the estimator!! As for the repairs, Joe Hawkins was the foreman over the repairs. Joe and his crew were exemplary!! We ran into multiple issues and Joe handled them all like a champ! He kept me informed the entire time, answered all my question, and was accommodating with scheduling needs and issues that arose with our neighbors. AFS should start a “be like Joe” training for all their new crew’s!! If I ever need foundation repairs in the future, I will certainly use AFS and while I am sure all their crews and estimators are brilliant…I’d likely request Joe as the foreman and Forest as the estimator! Bravo guys!! 20 outta 10!

Had a great experience from start to finish! Trent was very informative when telling me what I needed and then the crew – Victor, Antonio and Ubaldo were courteous, professional and got the job done very quickly! You can tell communication is so important to this company. They made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Not only that, Victor and his crew made sure my house and landscaping looked just as good (if not better, actually) than when they started. Very please all the way around!

We had alpha foundations best crew we had crew Foreman clay Caldwell we had Jordan Reid and Kevin nims I can't say enough about this crew they were wonderful they knew exactly how to fix our problem and went to work immediately they were very respectful of our home while doing their job. they were here on time and worked without any breaks or lunch they just did their job I can't say enough about this crew and alpha foundation. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is having problems with their foundation.

I was very pleased with AFS from the initial visit with my salesman Dustin. Dustin came in and was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process and made sure any questions I had were answered. My home needed a lot of work and Dustin told me not to let it overwhelm me. I felt confident that my home was in good hands with AFS. My Foreman Dustin and his crew were very professional and punctual throughout the duration of my project and kept me updated on everything that they were doing each day. The project was completed very quickly but no shortcuts were taken and I feel confident that my home is 100% stable! I definitely recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs!

AFS installed a crawlspace drain and sump pump at my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Alex, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with, clearly explaining the options and helping us choose the right solution without any pressure. The installation crew — Kayode, Tyler, and Adam — were professional, punctual, and extremely skilled. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care throughout the project. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the job site was left clean when they finished. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend AFS, especially Alex and this crew.

We invited Alan McConnell into our home to inspect our foundation and leveling of our floors. He was very professional, thorough, polite and personable. He made us feel very comfortable having a stranger enter our home. He was not your typical sales person! We really appreciated the suggestions and explanations. We will definitely keep AFS as well as Alan in our contacts, in case we ever need them in the future. Thank you AFS!!
