David Ennis, Taylor Fox and David Smith did an excellent job on our foundation. We had notable issues in our home from foundation sink, but by the final day of work those problems were resolved. We were also set up with a drain system to prevent future issues.

Not all my projects are finished yet with AFS, but I wanted to make it known how good of a job Evan, Aldo, and Jorge did on my crawl space. Evan was super nice and handled all the communication with me and I’m sure the other two were nice, but they just got straight to work. It is very noisy, just be prepared. On top of tools, there is music and they start screaming at each other about how they don’t want to work on Saturdays…which is why they came on Friday at 7:30 a.m. and were done by 3. They showed me the pictures afterward. It looked so clean. Like a science lab, and Evan put foam wherever light came through. I’m super impressed.

Jake from AFS came out to check settling to my garage and walkway. Instructed us on what needed to be done. He promptly scheduled us for an appointment. He was very informative and knowledgeable.Today Josh snd Jeremy were here promptly as scheduled. They performed an excellent job as my garage concrete was eroding and would have possibly caused significant damage to the foundation of my house.Thanks guys for a professional job well done. I would have them back for any additional work I had to do. The cost was very reasonable too. 🤗

AFS is very thorough in there inspections and carefully consider what they recommend to the customer. Matt Carter walked us through what we could do and should do without any high pressure sales tactics. He took the time necessary to explain everything while still respecting our time and family schedule. If this service is something your house needs, definitely give AFS a call.

I was referred to AFS Foundation by my structural engineer. The team at AFS responded quickly to assess the issue and provide me with a detailed report. Their bid and contract were easy to understand and I found the price to be fair. Throughout the entire process the foreman David, hank, and germaine were professional and responsive. The work was completed on time and as promised. They left the work area as clean as possible. Even after the work was completed they responded to my questions and provided me with a report of work completed. They made the whole process as pleasant as possible. Very professional all the way.
