Dan, CJ, and Taylor were awesome! All three of them worked hard, and placated my abundant questions. We were working on parts of the home that made their jobs more difficult at the time, and they didn't miss a beat. Super understanding, flexible, and went the extra mile to help me out making sure we weren't getting in each other's way. Dan made sure to communicate very clearly when they would be on site, what they were doing each day, and made sure he made time for all my questions.

We have George Knox come out to give us a quote on having our sidewalk and driveway lifted. He worked closely with us to secure a solution within our price range, and was very kind. Just now Gavin Dendy and Jonathan Alvarez completed the lifting and crack sealing of our driveway! Unfortunately a portion of the sidewalk could not be saved. But they did everything to give me options to solve the problem. I am very pleased with the service, pleased with the price, and would recommend This team completely!

They were careful with my property and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. We recently had AFS encapsulate our crawlspace, installing a drainage system, dehumidifier, wall vapor barrier, and sump pumps—and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Travis initially came out for our yearly inspection related to previous floor stabilization and noticed signs of moisture and potential concerns for mold. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us on the issue and walk us through our options. He even returned in the evening to review everything with my husband, which we truly appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, AFS acted quickly, scheduling installation within just a few days. The entire process was seamless and well-communicated—we always knew when the team would arrive, what had been completed each day, and when they were leaving. The installation crew was top-notch—Riley, Nathon, Alex, Brent, and Conner were all professional, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident from start to finish. We highly recommend AFS to anyone needing crawlspace solutions or foundation work. Their expertise, efficiency, and customer service are truly outstanding!

AFS deals with foundation problems which I had none at this time, but would definitely call them if I did. I appreciate the free visit and will call someone to address my leak problem.

Nicholas D’Esposito came to my house today to not only service my crawlspace drainage system but fix an unhappy former customer. The old management with AFS, years ago, dropped the ball by being rude and completely ignoring issues I was having with the system. Nicholas D’Esposito called me and convinced me to do a free inspection on the system. He also flushed and maintained the system and repaired some damaged sections of the encapsulation I hadn't had time to fix. He has won me back as a customer.
