AFS' Josh and Caleb were great. Not only did they do a great job, but were helpful in explaining the process and reasons for how things were installed. Shay provided the initial survey and explanations, no high-pressure sales tactics, with a reasonable quote. AFS was easy to work with and look forward to working with them as they maintain the encapsulation they installed.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the folks at AFS. Matt Carter took the time to thoroughly examine every detail and never rushed the process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond gave me complete confidence that nothing was overlooked. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and trustworthy Crawlspace inspection.

Charles Halmark is an exemplary example of the perfect employee. This man was on time and did every inspection by the book and then explained everything in detail. This was the best explanation of things going on under our house that I have ever heard and he made it all make sense. AFS you need to keep this guy around!!! AFS as a whole is a great company also. The barrier that they laid in our crawl space still looks new after several years. The sump pump is still working when it needs to and the dehumidifier is also still working great. Thanks AFS!
