Matthew R., Shawn L., and Hugo N. were all very professional, courteous, and worked so hard to make sure they got the job done as soon as possible. Matthew made sure to give us progress reports and updates during the project window and answered any questions we had along the way. They finished ahead of schedule, but not because it was rushed. I needed a sidewalk lifted and some voids under the garage floor filled, so I contacted AFS do get an estimate for the repairs. The estimator, Jordan Clark, did a thorough inspection and told us what was needed. I decided to go ahead with the repairs, and this morning Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford completed the repairs. The sidewalk is back up where it’s supposed to be, the trip hazards gone, and the garage floor shored up so it shouldn’t crack and settle down the road. Parris was very helpful in explaining what they were doing. I’d recommend AFS Knoxville for your sidewalk/driveway lifting needs.
