So far so good. Robert W. and his crew members Sergio R. and Josh N. were great. Showed up, worked hard, did good work on a complex foundation job addressing basement and crawlspace foundation issues as well as installing additional supports that should have been put in place by the builder over 10 yrs ago. Very happy with the knowledge and professionalism displayed. Communicated very well. I look forward to their next visit to see how things are settling into place with the new supports.

Nick and Josh from AFS CONCRETE LEAVELING came out to relevel my driveway after some settling issues caused it to pull apart some. They both explained to me what the remedie would be. Going forward, Nick showed me by using his level that any water accumulation would now run off the concrete instead of pondering. They both did an amazing job as Josh showed me the procedure on sealing the cracks that had opened up. Both these guys were professional and highly recommended!

I had issues with my carport and porch that had sunken in over time Nick B and Ethan E of ASF came out and raised my concrete back to is original place. Not only did they repair the concrete on the porch but took great care with the roof supports striaghting the bent support in the process. I would recommend them to any one thay has sunken concrete Thanks guys

Jacob Wattenbarger came to the house and inspected our house for foundation issues. He called the house to let us know he was on the way about 20 minutes before he arrived. We walked through the house and I pointed out all the issues in the house like cracks in the ceiling sheet rock and with storage closet doors that were sticking. Jacob checked all the areas I was concerned about with a laser level and did not identify any issues he would attribute to a foundation problem. Jacob also inspected the crawl space for any issues and he identified a floor joist problem that needed some repair but no foundation problems. Jacob was very pleasant and answered all the questions we had concerning issues with the house. I would give him a 5 Star rating.Dave Leckie.
