AFS recently reframed the flooring in a historic home that was built in 1813 as part of a capital improvement project, the project was completed on time and without any problems. Tony B., Foreman, and his team Israel and Taylor F. did a great job, they were on time, worked diligently, professional, and knowledgeable. I was the Site Manager, they answered all of my questions and kept me updated on their progress. Tony provided me with a series of pictures of the project from start to finish for my files.

We had requested a quote for basement water proofing and when we did the quote included new gutters which was a total surprise due to the low cost. Jeff Stewart and Christian Rudd did an excellent job and are two very hardworking individuals. They stayed well past dark to complete as much work as possible. They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! The next day when they returned they took time to complete the job and cleaned everything up and we couldn’t tell they had been here. Their product is very high quality and improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend AFS and crew for any gutter needs!

We had some settling issues and asked 3 firms for repair estimates. Though AFS wasn’t the least expensive Jesse spent the time to work up the plan that specifically met our needs and explained what their crew would do. When Dustin and his crew arrived they walked us through what they were going to do, updated us along the way and provided photos and explanations of their work. We had never had this kind of work done before but feel we made the right decision to go with AFS. They were professional all along the way.

When the repairman (Chris) showed up he went over in detail the plan for the repairs. He was upfront about the difficulty of my repairs. Expectations were set and I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job even before I contacted AFS. He was upfront and honest the entire time of the project. Were all the repairs able to be completed no, but it was not because of his effort. Concrete is not an easy item to work with when trying to do repairs. Would we have liked for everything to go perfect I think we all would, but we don’t live in a perfect world. Things happen beyond our control and Chris did everything he could to get my issues into a better place than they were before he arrived. After all was said and done they adjust the price based on what they could not fix. I would recommend AFS and Chris!
