AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

We had Ian come out to inspect the crawl space of the house we just bought. We knew it was a mess, and he was able to give a full explanation of problem areas to be aware of such as mold and mud lines from trapped water. What I loved about him was how he was willing to work with our tight budget and come up with a solution that would work for us. I had such confidence about the purchase and how it would protect our home and health. In October, Justin, Nate, and Riley did the work of cleaning out our mess of a crawlspace, and explained the process to us so we knew what to expect. They were so cheerful! I lost my husband down there for 30 minutes as he inspected the work, and he came out saying how nice it was now. The moldy smell is gone, and we're breathing better. We have gotten compliments on having it done since they finished their work.

I didn’t actually use services with AFS yet, but when I do, it will be because of Mr. Paul Rice. He was so knowledgeable and honest. I can respect a salesman that comes in and tells me the real truth. This is definitely a professional company. I appreciate them actually answering the phone and then showing up on time to come look at my house.

Brennan, Cole, and Taylor did a very good job getting the job done. Very polite and respectful. Explained everything that happened during the job and showed pictures after it was completed. Very good experience with them. They were here on time when they said they wanted to be. Very glad for a good crew that worked on my home.

I live in far Eastern Tennessee. Almost in North Carolina, and trying to get any home Repair is extremely difficult, so it was a blessing when the AFS inspector showed app was very timely, polite and very good at communicating …he gave me exactly what I needed to know about my home. It is over 100 years old and I could find no one over the past 2 and a 1/2 years who might look at the foundation and do the repairs. Caleb Loy was courteous, efficient and very well spoken. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation of my foundation, using actual pictures for real time accuracy so I could grasp the seriousness of the disrepair and neglect from previous owners, and then gave an exemplary presentation of how my home could be saved, and last for future generations. If you are near Butler, Johnson City, Kingsport to Knoxville, ask for Caleb Loy.
