From the initial job survey and estimate to the final product, the AFS team of George, Kenny, Kevin and Isiah, were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and extremely capable. They did exactly what they said they would do and patiently educated me along the way. My crawlspace went from damp, moldy, smelly and dirty, to a clean, sealed and pristine environment that I can now enter with confidence. I would recommend anyone to AFS for a job done right!

I recently had my crawlspace encapsulated by AFS, and their team did a fantastic job. The team quoting the job spent a good 2 hrs inspecting and reviewing the options. Then they sent Evan, Aldo, and Jorge to do the install. These guys knocked it out in a day and half, and did it with a great fun loving attitude. It looks beautiful under the house, water is draining to the sump pump, dehumidifier is keeping everything nice and dry. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy.

We originally contacted AFS for some uneven flooring. They suggested installing floor supports in some key locations and warned us that later we may have the need for girder beam support. That day arrived when AFS showed up for a routine inspection of the original support piers. Todd, our sales representative, was thorough with his explanation and made the options we had clear. The install day, Micah and Kayden communicated their arrival time and worked extremely hard all day. The job was 2 days and they again let us know they were coming early the next morning. Again, they worked very hard all day long and into the early evening. I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was refreshing to witness. They got all the steel placed on the girder beams and extra support piers in place. Great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of foundation issues.

From the day the original AFS representative inspected my leaking basement, presented me with a quote, and sent out an installation crew to complete the installation I have been totally satisfied. My basement is now totally dry. No longer do I have to endure the very embarrassing continuous damp, moldy smell and water in my finished basement. I agreed to a 5 yr. annual inspection program as part of the original contract. Today, Tony Marlowe from AFS performed a very thorough foundation inspection, as well the pumping and dehumidifier equipment. I found Tony to be, not only very knowledgeable of his product, but also to be very personable and respectful; the type of individual I would welcome into my home at any time. Although I still had onone more year left on my original contract, I decided to extend the inspection program another three years.

I highly recommend AFS. Mitch, my project manager, was so thorough and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any question that came up. The crew that worked on my house—Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas—were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated their onsite expertise and excellent communication. They explained the foundation work that my house needed in such a way as to answer all of my questions and to put me completely at ease. They earned my trust with their knowledge, integrity, and quality work. My foundation is now stable, and the process for me was a breeze because of Mitch, Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas.
