I would highly recommend AFS for all your foundation, basement and crawlspace needs. Sales rep, Rob Lenoir, did a great job of assessing what needed to be done to my crawlspace, explaining the process and equipment required. Kevin Calderon, Logan Firmature, and Jacob Hernandez did a great job with the installation. I am very pleased with the results.

I had issues with my carport and porch that had sunken in over time Nick B and Ethan E of ASF came out and raised my concrete back to is original place. Not only did they repair the concrete on the porch but took great care with the roof supports striaghting the bent support in the process. I would recommend them to any one thay has sunken concrete Thanks guys

I have nothing but positive things to say about AFS! Our home had several issues that needed to be addressed, such as moisture in the crawlspace, sagging beams, and lack of floor supports. After calling AFS, we meet with their inspector who conducted a thorough inspection and explained all areas of concern. When the time came for the repairs, AFS was in constant communication with us and gave an accurate estimate of their arrival. The crew that showed up (Jackson, Micah, and Mikey) were fantastic! They were professional, detail oriented, and open to our questions. After completing the work, we did a walkthrough with the foreman to ensure we were happy with the repairs. I highly recommend AFS for anyone experiencing issues with their crawlspace or foundation.

I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one…

I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one told me that I needed to hire an engineer and then I got the quote from AFS. While these type of repairs are expensive to do they worked with me to come up with a plan that will take care of my issues, but that could work with a budget. Jesse, Selvin and Smith performed my repairs. They explained all that they were doing and even when we ran into an issue they addressed it and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. The beginning estimate was such a smooth process with lots of pictures, options, and clear explanations of problem areas. Easy choice to move forward with AFS and I'm glad I did. I imagined it works be an all day job, but the crew came and went in under 5 hours. Jorge, Hilmer, and Jesus did an absolutely awesome job. They had to dig under one of my flower beds and even replanted what they had to dig under! They were all incredibly friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company and crew to anyone with foundation concerns.

AFS did an amazing job repairing termite damaged girders in our home. They were very professional on time and all-around did a great job. The crew, Jackson, Mikey and Brandon were great guys.
