We had to repair or replace a 18×20 ft concrete patio at our condo that had a major crack, and I got three companies to give me an estimate- two of them were going to just remove the old patio and re-pour the patio. The AFS estimator showed me exactly what had caused the problem – the ground on one side had sunk due to moisture, and showed me a video of their foam process which lifts the concrete back into place and is ready to use after 15 minutes. The work is guaranteed for 5 years and the warranty is transferable to a new owner. The price quoted was less than half of one of the concrete replacement quotes that I was considering. The two technicians that performed the work were very professional and did the entire repair, including cleanup, in less than an hour. They took great care to ensure that the concrete was completely level and that the crack was filled and covered. I was very pleased with the entire process and will use them again in the future if any other foundation or concrete problems occur.

AFS was very responsive when I first called about my foundation structural issues. They explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate that was affordable for the work being done. They scheduled when the work would be done and was on point with that schedule. The guys who performed the service, Jordan, AJ and Eli were on time, calling to let me know they were on they way. Jordan explained the full process and answered any questions I had. He was very professional and knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to. AJ was a pleasure to chat with, professional and love what he was doing. He was the newest on the team and as I watched him work I was very impressed. Eli was a pleasure to chat with and was also a great help to the guys. All three guys did an awesome job and cleaned up the areas they work after the job was done. They have 5 stars because they deserve it. All around great experience with AFS. Keith inspected a potential home and the home we just purchased. Was able to come out quickly in the inspection window which we appreciate. He was really thorough in explaining all issues and recommended fixes. I feel like he was out to save us as much money as possible to fix what was needed. We had our crawl space encapsulated by Jackson, Micah and David. These guys are hard workers that were really quiet that I barely knew that they were there. Which in a work from home environment is appreciated. Pleased with the work, showed me the finished area and explanation from Jackson. I would highly recommend AFS and will use them again no problem.

Great experience start to finish. Caleb came out for the initial inspection. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community.
