We had a wet and smelly crawl space and AFS was recommended by a friend. We called and they were able to get it inspected and repaired quickly. Evan Jenson, Aldo Garcia and Jorge Martinez was the team that encapsulated our crawl space. They are very professional, hardworking and efficient! The crawl space looks great and doesn’t smell moldy anymore. Thanks so much! What a great team and great company!

I recently had my crawlspace encapsulated by AFS, and their team did a fantastic job. The team quoting the job spent a good 2 hrs inspecting and reviewing the options. Then they sent Evan, Aldo, and Jorge to do the install. These guys knocked it out in a day and half, and did it with a great fun loving attitude. It looks beautiful under the house, water is draining to the sump pump, dehumidifier is keeping everything nice and dry. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy.

Jackson and Micah did a great job on one project. Josh knocked the other project out of the park. These young men knew their job well, were professional, communicative, respectful of my property and cleaned up before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend this company and this crew. AFS was very responsive when I first called about my foundation structural issues. They explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate that was affordable for the work being done. They scheduled when the work would be done and was on point with that schedule. The guys who performed the service, Jordan, AJ and Eli were on time, calling to let me know they were on they way. Jordan explained the full process and answered any questions I had. He was very professional and knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to. AJ was a pleasure to chat with, professional and love what he was doing. He was the newest on the team and as I watched him work I was very impressed. Eli was a pleasure to chat with and was also a great help to the guys. All three guys did an awesome job and cleaned up the areas they work after the job was done. I would absolutely recommend this company and team to do your foundation and structural work. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job and walking me through the process as you did the work!

Reid Cox of AFS Foundations Knoxville, TN was extremely helpful and responsive by email, txt and phone. The wall under the front porch of our farm house built in 1955 was caving in from the pressure. AFS came up with an affordable solution that will prevent a full collapse. I really enjoyed working with this company and would highly recommend them.

The beginning estimate was such a smooth process with lots of pictures, options, and clear explanations of problem areas. Easy choice to move forward with AFS and I'm glad I did. I imagined it works be an all day job, but the crew came and went in under 5 hours. Jorge, Hilmer, and Jesus did an absolutely awesome job. They had to dig under one of my flower beds and even replanted what they had to dig under! They were all incredibly friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company and crew to anyone with foundation concerns.
