My experience with AFS was excellent. Caleb came out to look at my issue in my basement and had multiple options to resolve my issue in no time. After we had it scheduled a team of installers came and performed the work perfectly. The team also kept me update throughout the project with any concerns or questions the had. They had my job done in two days and it looks and functions great. I couldn’t have had a better experience with the company and the team members. I would recommend AFS to any of my friends and family.

Our foundation issue was more serious then we realized. Caleb did a great job while he was doing his inspection on showing us where the foundation settled and also what was causing these issues. The crew got out here quick to install the piers and were professional, hard working, and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend AFS to anyone that has foundation concerns!

AFS is an absolute pleasure to work with. It all started with the amazing inspector, Katie (highly recommend) who came to my cabin to give me a thorough and accurate quote with an extremely fair price compared to the competition (got quoted almost double for the same job from crawlspace ninja & a few other local companies and they spent only a few minutes in the crawlspace-absolutely terrible). Katie made sure I was taken care of and also assured me they would send there best crew to do the job. And man was she right!! The best crew I have ever worked with was led by Darian & his co-foreman Tanner. They arrived on time and with amazing attitudes while being extremely efficient and knowledgeable while they walked me through there plan of action and then perfectly executed said plan!! Could not be happier with how my crawlspace encapsulation turned out!10/10 would recommend Katie & Darian at AFS to do any and all crawlspace work you are looking for!I will definitely be using them for any of my foundation/crawlspace issues in the future.

AFS performed superbly on our job, encapsulating and drying our crawl space in a 85 year old Norris, TN house. A major difficulty was immediately discovered — the original cast iron sewage drain was slowly leaking at several seams. This required a significant repair before encapsulation — restoration cleanup and a new modern PVC drain installation by complimentary contractors. AFS effectively advised us, and they rescheduled their work. The AFS team, Tanner, ( crew leader) and Jake and John, did the encapsulation. They worked hard, communicated effectively and the result was impressive. I’m very delighted we used AFS and strongly recommend them.

Jackson, Mikey and Michal did a fantastic job stabilizing my house. They had to add 23 posts and steel beams all throughout a house built in 1962. The house before they came had developed a very shaky floor system and had sank 3 inches in some areas. It is now solid. I am really pleased with their work and their timeless. I give them 5 perfect stars plus some. I highly recommend AFS.

We needed to waterproof our basement and had the pleasure of working with the team from AFS. Matthew R., Shawn L., and Hugo N. were all very professional, courteous, and worked so hard to make sure they got the job done as soon as possible. Matthew made sure to give us progress reports and updates during the project window and answered any questions we had along the way. They finished ahead of schedule, but not because it was rushed. They just worked that hard! Thank you very much for all your hard work!
