TJ was incredibly thorough and professional, addressing several concerns including water intrusion, termite damage, and mold/fungus issues. He also pointed out rotting wood and cracked floor joists, all of which were explained in detail. His clear explanations and expert advice were invaluable in helping me understand the extent of the issues and the necessary steps to address them. From the initial assessment, proposal presentation, financing options, to the outstanding installation team…this company is 5 Star!!! Every person we worked with was both professional, experienced, delivered on their promises, and very thorough. In particular, their installation team led by Evan Jensen along with Aldo Gracia and Jorge Martinez were outstanding. They communicated extremely well, were polite, on time, were very considerate of our property, and their encapsulation install looks amazing. In our mind, there is no other choice than AFS in Nashville for your groundworks needs!

More importantly he didn't try to manufacturer solutions to issues I don't. 100% would recommend Levi and AFS for anyone who needs waterproofing their crawl space or their basement.
