Alan Nunalee was prompt, courteous, thorough, and informative, when he came to inspect our crawlspace today. He informed us of significant problems with moisture and mildew, and how AFS would deal with the problem. He took pictures of the issues, and drew up a floorplan of our house, showing where the work would be done. He secured a military discount for us, and a very good interest rate. Nick Rutland and Ethan Eckler from AFS were fantastic at tackling our driveway problem. They were very polite, courteous, prompt and thorough. They made sure they were very thorough in their communication. They reached out to us at least three times during their time at our house to keep us informed on exactly what they were doing. I contacted three companies to get an evaluation of my home's foundation. AFS Inspector Johnathan Gleason provided a thorough review with photos of areas that need repair and also measured the level of my floor inside my house. His quoted price was reasonable and fair compared to the other two estimates I received (though not the lowest). The thoroughness of the inspection and recommendations from neighbors won AFS the project. The work was scheduled at my convenience and the team called 30 minutes before arrival. Their three-man crew consisted of Mathew Ridley, Coby Stealey, and Shawn Lowe who arrived on time and set to work quickly and efficiently. They completed the majority of the work in a few hours, but decided to substitute a wooden support beam with a steel I-Beam to give the repair more structure. This required a trip back the next day and was completed in a short time. They did not charge extra for the more expensive steel beam. This project was well-organized and well-executed. Good communication throughout and sincere concern for the customer. A very pleasant, and refreshing experience. I recommend AFS and my team to anyone who needs foundation work well and priced fairly. Dakota and his crew (Tre & Sarah) did absolutely top notch work. I had a couple of estimates to address the water and mold issues in my crawlspace and I decided to go with AFS because of the professionalism of the sales rep (Chris) and the attention to detail he paid to my project. I was very pleased with AFS from the initial visit with my salesman Dustin. Dustin came in and was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process and made sure any questions I had were answered. My home needed a lot of work and Dustin told me not to let it overwhelm me. I felt confident that my home was in good hands with AFS. My Foreman Dustin and his crew were very professional and punctual throughout the duration of my project and kept me updated on everything that they were doing each day. The project was completed very quickly but no shortcuts were taken and I feel confident that my home is 100% stable! I definitely recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs!
