I had AFS come out to do an inspection and a quote. Everything from scheduling the appointment to the inspection and quote was beyond easy. The inspector Alan McConnell communicated when he would arrive and was there right on time. Alan explained all the work and recommendations in an easy way to understand and even assisted with setting up with their financing partner making this one of the quickest and easiest quotes I've ever gotten.

Jake from AFS came out to check settling to my garage and walkway. Instructed us on what needed to be done. He promptly scheduled us for an appointment. He was very informative and knowledgeable.Today Josh snd Jeremy were here promptly as scheduled. They performed an excellent job as my garage concrete was eroding and would have possibly caused significant damage to the foundation of my house. Thanks guys for a professional job well done. I would have them back for any additional work I had to do. The cost was very reasonable too. 🤗
