I was amazed at the initial response to my call. I was quickly given an appointment and Alan McConnell arrived on time for the inspection . He patiently explained the process and answered my questions. I am awaiting to hear back from him and hope to do business with them. I was very impressed.

We had foundation problems and got the crawl space encapsulated. Notice I said we HAD foundation problems, not anymore!! AFS IS THE BOMB!!!! From the first contact when our inspector Shay arrived to the time our crew arrived, the job completed was exactly as promised. NO SURPRISES!! The crew was amazing to say the least!! They we're very prompt, professional and informative every day. The work area was kept clean every day including the completion of the job!! What a pleasure this experience has been!! I used AFS to repair my foundation , They sent me Joe, and his crew, they finished my job in two days, were very professional, took every precaution not to tear up my yard and made sure everything was clean and in order when they finished. Definitely would recommend AFS to family and neighbors and would tell them to make sure they ask for Joe and his crew Jeremiah&Julio to do the job. I would also recommend Tommy Thomason to come out and do the estimate, very professional, checks everything and makes sure you understand the procedures that will be performed, He recommended Joe, Jeremiah and Julio. So make sure you ask for these guys by name if you have issues with your home like I did.

Great experience working with AFS. Casey was right on time, notified me on his way, did a thorough inspection and walked me through each step of the process. The install went great, and I was pleased with the results. After a few storms, I have seen no more water in my basement.

Spotting daylight through a crack in the basement wall wasn't a pleasant surprise. I picked AFS to help based on their positive reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Everyone from AFS was a pleasure to work with. Mackenzie was very attentive and thoughtful in assessing the work and coming up with a plan. Eric, Christian and Wilmer could not have been nicer or more professional, and did an amazing job on the foundation, and I couldn't believe how fast they worked their magic. Parris and Tristan went above and beyond lifting and fixing the sagging stoops. I've unfortunately had to have a lot of work done on my house, and all these guys were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AFS to anyone.

I got a quote from Fred at AFS. He was thorough and quick. He gave me a good price and scheduled service right away. Explained everything up front about the process. The guys came out in one day and sealed and completely the work in my. Crawlspace. I was very impressed. Definitely recommend

Nick Cianciolo with AFS in Nashville came to my home today for the annual inspection. I noticed some issues with my flooring and bought them to his attention. After his inspection, he made a detailed plan to resolve the issue and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what caused the issue, but more importantly how to correct the problem. Nick was meticulous and even found a slight plumbing leak during his inspection. He is a true professional and a great asset to AFS.
