March 18 2025 Parris and Kyle with afs were on time and were very professional. Parris was the lead and he explained the entire process before the work commenced. We had 3 sections of our side driveway repaired. The entire process took approximately 2 hours. Both Parris and Kyle were attentive to the questions and very professional. We will gladly recommend Parris and Kyle with AFS for any future work. 5 stars.

I had a great experience working with Emmett W. as my service tech from AFS. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident in the process. He approached the job with care and precision, and it was obvious he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. As for AFS, the company as a whole exceeded my expectations. The inspector, Jared, was on time for our appointment. He was courteous, professional, explained all the work that they needed to do, and gave us a price. The project foreman, Matthew, and his helper, John, came ahead of time on the day scheduled, were both extremely mannerly, courteous, and respectful. Charles Halmark is an exemplary example of the perfect employee. This man was on time and did every inspection by the book and then explained everything in detail. This was the best explanation of things going on under our house that I have ever heard and he made it all make sense. AFS you need to keep this guy around!!! AFS as a whole is a great company also. The barrier that they laid in our crawl space still looks new after several years. The sump pump is still working when it needs to and the dehumidifier is also still working great. Thanks AFS!

UPDATE At first every thing was great, customer service was excellent. Great warranty for a settling slab. It's been settling again for almost a year. Huge chasms under foundation still. We've been trying to get them to put more foam. My wife has been reassured this would be fixed multiple times, they even came out once and then did nothing but put some dirt over it. This would be at least 4th time I can remember us trying to get this fixed! Please do something!? I packed dirt into the holes because I can't leave it exposed like that to the rain but it still needs more foam! 🥲 They came out and fixed the problem. Thank you guys so much, shout out to Zack
