The experience over all was great. Had a few small bumps in the road. A few things were left off of the work order and scheduling was kind of slow with the electrician. My salesman, Blake took care of it all and made it right. As for the installation crew, Cesar and his crew were amazing!!! Cesar was the one that noticed the mistake in the order and was trying to get it resolved prior to coming out, but he was having trouble getting in touch with the salesman Blake for some reason, he would not answer his phone call. Once he finally got Blake on the phone, which I had to call from my number, they worked it all out. Cesar and his crew took the time to be careful of all the plants in the flower beds. They dug up the rose bushes and replanted them when they were done. Also put down plywood to save the grass. Cesar kept apologizing for the mistake in the work order, I assured him that it wasn’t his fault. Blake did apologize but his communication could be better. He did resolve the error and I’m very grateful. But a special shout out to Cesar and his crew Miguel, Luciano, and Jerman!! They were great. When they cleaned everything up, it looked better than it did when they got there. Your install crew taking the time to acknowledge my frustration and being so kind really made the difference. Great job guys!!!

I hired AFS for an encapsulation and crawlspace support. They were the only company that did the job without wanting to rip the subfloor up. For the same work. And great competitive prices. Matthew, Colby and tavish came out to do the work. All professional. Did a great job and explained the process every step of the way. Highly recommend.

AFS really stands behind their work and ensures the customer is happy with the results. The driveway was installed 80 years ago. The driveway is much safer now that we have had it repaired. The repairs should last another 80 years or more!

Awesome experience. I ran a laser in my house and found one corner had sunk 3.25" since it was built (late 70s). Called a few companies for quotes. One company didn't measure anything, just looked for cracks in masonry/drywall, and told me to use self leveling concrete. One room alone was 2.5" out of flat, and self leveling would've covered the sill plates on the walls… AFS actually measured, with calibrated equipment, and made a map of the house with measurements and proposed pier locations. They were timely with the quote, and getting a crew out to perform the work. I signed the waiver, and asked the crew to not just stabilize, but to lift my foundation on the helical piers and see what inconsistency we could take out. They were cautious, and I told them to keep going as we monitored. We ultimately got the worst room (2.5" out of level from corner to corner in a 10'x13'room) to within a quarter inch on the 13' wall, and an eighth on the 10' wall! Yes, it's more expensive than doing nothing, or using other systems. But it was totally worth it. Any remodeling work in the future would have required fighting every step of the way with other solutions. I.e. ceiling heights inconsistent. Walls bowed or out of plumb, no 90 degree corners to be found. Definitely glad I paid a bit to do it the right way. And it only took them 1 full day to do it all (7x piers).

We recently had mold remediation and crawlspace encapsulation completed by AFS and we had a good experience with their team. From start to finish, everyone was professional, communicative, and responsive to the concerns we had about throughout the process. Rhys, our sales representative, took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure we understood what the work would involve. Adam, the supervisor, stayed engaged throughout the project and ensured everything ran smoothly. Trevor, Brennan, and Taylor did a good job throughout the project. They treated our home with care, kept the work area tidy, and were professional from start to finish. They were also knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. Overall, we’re very pleased with the work done by AFS and appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail from the entire team.
