I had initially contacted AFS to do an assessment on raising the concrete on one side of my 2-car garage entrance way. While onsite I asked Neal Collins to inspect the crawl space under my condominium. Neal did a thorough job (to include photo's) of showing me where the foundation is sagging and the existence of mold. He gave a detailed description of what AFS could do to raise the foundation and help eliminate the mold issue. Since I'm doing a major renovation of the condominium, money is a big factor – but I will very likely have the mold remediation done by AFS. My thanks to Neal for the complete inspection and explanation of work to be done.

We needed to waterproof our basement and had the pleasure of working with the team from AFS. Matthew R., Shawn L., and Hugo N. were all very professional, courteous, and worked so hard to make sure they got the job done as soon as possible. Matthew made sure to give us progress reports and updates during the project window and answered any questions we had along the way. They finished ahead of schedule, but not because it was rushed. We have used AFS Huntsville for a few different projects on our 40+ year old house. The teams have always been professional, polite and responsive during our dealings with them. The work they perform is always to a high standard, with pictures and any necessary explanations provided. We have maintained a maintenance schedule with AFS, with them performing annual inspections of the clean space, support beam and dehumidifier. Two recent projects AFS has accomplished are the addition of a second entrance to our crawl space and a support post to lift a set of floor joists located over the opening in a support wall. We highly recommend AFS Huntsville for any foundation, driveway or crawlspace projects you may have.

Wow! I am on the building and grounds Committee for our church and what started as a flooring moisture problem was discovered to be a crawl space moisture problem. With a complete inspection from Abe Austin he showed us our problem source and how we could remediate for the future. The encapsulation crew of John Jones, Anthony G. And Gavin P. were clean and professional all the while keeping us informed. We also had a foundation problem on the corners of our Sanctuary that AFS, with the crew of Cesar Moreno, Juan Zumora and Meguiel, placed helicals to lift and stabilize the foundation. We could not have asked for a better job, crew or price. Our church is now ready for future generations. Thank you so much for a job well done.

First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We've been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.
