We just had an interior drain and sump pump installed. Eddie was the foreman and crew members were Baron and Jackson. They were professional and excellent in their work. They never hesitated to answer all of my questions and explain in detail what they were doing. We will be asking for them again when we do the encapsulation. Many thanks to them for helping us!!

Just had our annual inspection at our farm house completed by Jordan Hastings, and it was awesome. Jordan arrived on time, was extremely professional, and answered all my questions. He explained what he was there to do, completed his inspection, and explained what he found and what to look for before our inspection next year. Excellent service, and a testament to AFS's commitment to their customers. This man deserves a raise.

I highly recommend AFS. Mitch, my project manager, was so thorough and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any question that came up. The crew that worked on my house—Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas—were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated their onsite expertise and excellent communication. They explained the foundation work that my house needed in such a way as to answer all of my questions and to put me completely at ease. They earned my trust with their knowledge, integrity, and quality work. My foundation is now stable, and the process for me was a breeze because of Mitch, Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas.

AFS did a great job from inspection to completion for my very humid crawlspace, house support, and encapsulation. Kyle did the initial inspection, very thorough, took his time, and was very accurate with each suggested need-to-do when I got a second opinion. Daniel’s installation team was amazing, nice and professional, clean work site, didn’t leave any scrap of trash really the whole week and at the end. Indoor air quality one day after is amazing. Thanks guys!

I have used this company twice, about six years apart, for problems with my home’s foundation. The first time was in 2017, as a result of the drought. The second was in 2023. My home has a finished basement living area and I was experiencing cracks and shifting, affecting both floors of my home. AFS employs knowledgeable and experienced personnel. The initial inspections and diagnoses, the crews who performed the work, and the follow-up care are all performed by expert personnel. I am very happy with this Company, and my results.

Think twice before using this company. Another encapsulating company came by to do some different work and went under the house and said that encapsulation that I had done was not complete. They said my air vents should’ve been covered. That was never discussed in my initial inspection.

Great company done a wonderful job. The only complaint is the do not explain about having a electrical out put in by a sub-contractor. It was very costly and I could have done it myself. Plus the sub contractor done a crappy job. That being said I still would recommend them over anyone else.
