This has been an amazing experience. Calling the office I got scheduled right away. I met with George who walked the property with me, answered all my questions. He went over the quote, sent it to me in email with a complete diagram of what would be taken care of. Today I met the technician’s Gavin and Johnathan today to let them in the house. They arrived, completed a walk down with me and got right to work. They were punctual, professional and so polite. I was able to watch the process and see the progress. I’m so impressed with the entire experience! Great company and staff to work with!

Our service technician John Alexander provided excellent service when doing our annual foundation check up. He was very detailed and tells you every step that he is doing and what things needed to be looked at when it came to our foundation. He is a positive contribution to AFS. Chris Knight Johnson and his crew Timothy Camp & Tyler Price were here to install added support to the floors main beam. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the time that was quoted. Chris followed up after they had finished with pictures, and to answer any questions we had. They were all professional, and did an excellent job. We are more than satisfied and would highly recommend them.Jackie & Len

We had Colby Roberts come out to our house and give us an excellent presentation on how to solve our foundation problem. He spoke straight and didn't try to pressure sell us. Instead, he was factual and scientific and laid out all of for us very cleanly. Highly recommend them!

We had quotes from three different companies for encapsulation and foundation repair but went with AFS as they caught a couple things the other companies did not. Also, we liked the heavier duty product they offer for encapsulation, plus an air tight/insulated crawlspace door. Nikoli E, Caleb B, Ivan G and Christian P. did a great job and left the crawlspace neat and tidy. Nickoli was very communicative and has the most excellent customer service skills of any contractor I've ever worked with. They did not promise they could lift our floor to level but in the end, it looks and feels almost level! We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great experience!
