His crew, Kasey Lawrimoore and Jordan Milam, were friendly and stayed on task. They cleaned up each day and always asked before entering my property. The crew that came out from AFS to install 6 pillars were fantastic. They are Josh B Bailey L Isaiah W Kuda They worked awesome as a team!!! The work was explained to me what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and what materials they were using. Answered any and all questions. One of the points they made was they would dig down till they hit rock, well here in Mt. Juliet you don’t have to dig very far as a matter of fact footer sat on rock ( 5 of 6 did) These men had jackhammers to bust out rock a foot down them undermine the footer 6” in order to get pillars in. They worked for two days jackhammering to accomplish this task. They worked together not just one doing all the work, they were awesome!!! Hard to find good workers like that anymore!!! It would be nice if they had a hoe ram attachment for their mini-x Would have saved them time and their backs. Once again they Never Slacked!!! I would highly recommend this group to do any of your work you need done ! They respected our home , yard and dogs:)! They were very professional Thank you we appreciate it very much I would like to give 10 starts but not an option. Call em you won’t be sorry you did !!!

They worked tirelessly and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the entire process. What also really stood out was their communication and willingness to listen to any concerns I had. They provided great suggestions and made sure I was happy with every step. Quinton, Victory, and Kenny did a fantastic job correcting what Brad Prefontaine Uck up. Brad, the assistant sale manager wrote up me a proposal to repair my living room floor by doing it through the crawl space. The repair that Brad had purposed. Did not address my problem at all. I tried calling Brad, no answer. Tried texting him, no response. Brad even changed a line item that he had listed in the proposal to replace damaged subfloor. When I signed the contract. After I signed the contract, I asked Brad for a copy of it and to send me photos that he claimed he took. Never did see neither one. If I could have had a copy of the signed contract seeing that Brad had deleted the line item to replace 20" of damage subfloor. I WOULD HAVE CANCELED THE JOB. MY THINKING IS IF BRAD DID THIS TO ME. HE PROBABLY DID IT TO OTHERS. Quinton, Victor and Kenny did the best job to get the repair to a satisfactory repair. To all that's wants to get work done by AFS. PLEASE DONT TRUST BRAD PREFONTAINE. HE REALL NEED TO BE FIRED. HE'S A SCAMMER. FRAUDULENT. TRUST ME

Landon and Brad came out and inspected my crawl space. I was concerned about my vapor barrier and rightfully so. They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated. I like that they understood I wanted something long term, and not just a band-aid fix. I also appreciate them being patient with me while I crunched numbers on my laptop. Overall, the two of them were very kind, professional, and informative. Thank you!
