I just got my crawlspace repaired by AFS and they did a great job. Two guys, I think their names were Levar and Osario, undid what a previous crew had done, and then got everything squared away. If you’re getting work done by AFS, you want these two to do it. While they worked, I could hear them joking around, and considering they were in wet and freezing conditions, I knew they loved their job. It all looks great and performs its purpose. Thank you!

Today, Steven came out to meet with me at my house. He was on time concerned about where he would park his car, and when he came into the house, he even took his shoes off at the door. I am very very pleased and impressed by his patience and knowledge, and took so much time sitting with me, explaining everything in detail and going over everything with me in very much detail it’s very comforting to know that you can put full. Trust into Steven. I was so worried and stressed out about my house but I so appreciate him being understanding and really being patient with me. Excellent Excellent service!

EDIT for 2026: The five star review still holds from the previous review below, years later after the original work. On an annual service and inspection, Josh Whitt just did our service. This gentleman is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He even took the time to explain everything and took some excellent readings and pictures of the work. 100% customer confidence. This is the level of work we expect from someone who does the work on one of our most important things, our home. Josh communicated great from start to finish. Well done from start to finish. We appreciate your service. Initial work review (4 years ago): The AFS team is excellent. We have a pretty large amount of work that needs to be done at our house, to include sump, dehumidifier installation, ,general contractor wood work, and encapsulation. Dustin Loeb did a great job estimating the work, and did not hesitate to come out and take another look at something or answer any questions we had. I cannot say enough about how fantastic the communication is with AFS. From when the work was to begin, to when the crews are going to be there, to any updates or any changes that would be necessary are very clearly communicated in person or by a phone call. Special mention to the AFS crew that has been working at our place this week: Richard Warner and Nick Lee. I was greeted every morning by Richard who told me the plan for the day, and at the end of the day showed me pictures of what they were working on under the house and how things were looking. The crew takes great pride in their work, and pays attention to detail, communicating everything they do. And that's something I appreciate. We still have some general contractor work to do, and then encapsulation after that. I'm looking forward to AFS finishing up and keeping up the excellent work!

David, Jesus, and Christopher was very professional, answered all our questions, worked in the rain, and had positive attitudes. They cleaned there work area completely. You wouldn't even know they were there. I'm glad they were able to close up the cracks. I would recommend this team as a #1 referral to anyone I know

They also outlined information for us to provide to monthly pets control personnel and others needing access to area for various maintenance. Talon was amazing, punctual, educational, patient, and knowledgeable! Took as much time as needed with us to make sure we were fully knowledgeable about all the issues that our new house had with water intrusion and structural issues. Was able to give us a quote the same day and even offered financing through a third party. Would recommend him to anyone buying a house or looking to fix water issues entirely. My father has experience in home building and home inspections and was very impressed with him and his information and processes. I will definitely have AFS do the work and trust them as a company now.
