I recently had my crawlspace encapsulated by AFS, and their team did a fantastic job. The team quoting the job spent a good 2 hrs inspecting and reviewing the options. Then they sent Evan, Aldo, and Jorge to do the install. These guys knocked it out in a day and half, and did it with a great fun loving attitude. It looks beautiful under the house, water is draining to the sump pump, dehumidifier is keeping everything nice and dry. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy.

Gerard, Jordahn and Chris did the drainage work in my crawlspace, and they did a fantastic job! They got the work completed very fast and we’re very nice and respectful. I have nothing but great things to say about them AFS is lucky to have them as well as Jim Adams who inspected my home he did an amazing job and made sure my home got the right repair with the right crew to handle it. They made sure I was taken care of and happy with everything from beginning to End. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. Thank you Bryan and DFX. We really appreciate you. It

I have been dealing with AFS since 2023. I dealt with issues of water building up in my basement for over 20 years and I was not sure why….

I have been dealing with AFS since 2023. I dealt with issues of water building up in my basement for over 20 years and I was not sure why. One day I ran across an ad on TV that said they could put a sump pump in the ground that would draw the water out of my house. My first great service man was Matt Hall and once he left the company I was lucky enough to have Charles Hallmark come and take over services for me for maintenance needs. Charles was able to understand my concerns. Make sure my service equipment was up to date and working properly, He let me know that any service needs that I may have in the future he was available to assist me with and I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything at this time. But he also made me understand the importance and urgency of me not letting any of these these items and that need to be addressed taken care of as well. I can respect that and I definitely appreciate it because everybody's not in a financial position at the same time to just fix everything. That goes a long way and keeps lifelong customers. I wish all representatives understood that. Educate your customer as much as you can and then give them the freedom of space to make decisions when their financial able to. If you're an AFS future customer or existing customer and you're looking for a gentleman who understands and will make sure the service is done right, please ask for Charles Hallmark.

We had a complicated repair and I reached out to 5 companies. AFS stood out from the beginning through their sales team to their repair plan. Once my repair started, I was overly impressed with the communication technology used and I felt very informed throughout the process. The staff was knowledgeable and their end results showed they cared about providing quality workmanship. The two crews were great (Tyler, Able & Pedro / Matthew & John). Thanks very much guys. It was a pleasure working with Preston, Gusterio and Roberto. I was very apprehensive about the whole job at first. To watch all my flowers being dug up and big holes and mounds of dirt in there place, was a little distressing to say the least. Preston kept telling me everything was going to okay. They let me watch the whole process, then they replanted all my flowers minus a few weeds that needed to be pulled. When they completed the job I was amazed at how everything looked. If you need your home stabilized I would recommend AFS and Preston's crew.

We have used AFS Huntsville for a few different projects on our 40+ year old house. The teams have always been professional, polite and responsive during our dealings with them. The work they perform is always to a high standard, with pictures and any necessary explanations provided. We have maintained a maintenance schedule with AFS, with them performing annual inspections of the clean space, support beam and dehumidifier. Two recent projects AFS has accomplished are the addition of a second entrance to our crawl space and a support post to lift a set of floor joists located over the opening in a support wall. We highly recommend AFS Huntsville for any foundation, driveway or crawlspace projects you may have.
