Uriel Aaron Edgar all showed up on time (actually earlier !!!) to install foundation support structures. Before starting they showed and explained to ne what they were going to do, the support structures to be installed and asked me to come out and see the job progress. Upon completion, we did a walk around to see the actual install before covering back in the dig out holes Did a good job reclaiming the disturbed ground and placing the removed sod back in place Very happy with the job, workers were very nice and respectful. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction

We recently scheduled an inspection with AFS, and Wade was our specialist. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home, evaluating concerns related to mold, condensation, and airflow. Throughout the process, he provided detailed explanations, inspection data, and clear insights into his findings, ensuring we fully understood both the issues and potential solutions. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity. He took the time to address all of our concerns without ever attempting to sell us services or products we didn’t need. His approach was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us make informed decisions. In addition to his expertise, Wade was incredibly personable and kind to both my spouse and me, as well as our children. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and informative. We truly appreciated his knowledge, sincerity, and professionalism, and we look forward to doing business with him in the future

Shepard and Cage came out from AFS to lift some sagging concrete around our pool. They texted before they came, introduced themselves and went through the process to make sure I understood the project. They completed the work quickly then gave me a tour, a recap of what was done and the continuing support that I would receive over the next 5 years to ensure satisfaction with the product and project. The project turned out better than I had hoped. Also, I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional young men as Cage and Shepard. My thanks and appreciation go out to both them and the AFS company Carla Rey

Bobby Banks was our service technician for some issues we have been having with our concrete pool deck. He was very professional. He quickly diagnosed our issue and explained the work he was planning to do, checking in periodically to show us the progress. He did his work with a smile and pleasantly answered all my questions.I have always had a positive experience with Alpha Foundations/AFS. It’s expensive, but they guarantee their work, and I have never had a problem getting them to return if I feel something has gone wrong.

David Roberson has been the very best tech that has came out. No other tech flood tested the sump pump system changed my air filter and helped me in the basement drain. I am lucky to have him come out and AFS is lucky to have him as a technician.

David, Bobby and Jesus were great. These gentlemen were on time and extremely friendly. They explained every step of the process just showing how knowledgeable they were. They even cleaned up behind themselves besides the obvious signs of digging you can’t tell anything was done. I appreciate their attention to detail and them teaching me something new. Thanks guys. If I ever need work again only send them.
