Fred came out on a miserable day without complaint, explained the inspection process and got to work immediately. He then gave a thorough of his findings and already had recommendations ready to go. Work was performed THE NEXT WEEK by Trent, Darian and Tyler. Encapsulated, the crawlspace, added the floor jacks and lifted the house all in half a day. Would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone with housing issues.

I recommend this company 1000%! Mason that originally came out and did my quote was amazing! He took his time and explained everything to me so that I understood it and took really good photos to back up what he was telling me. My installation was a breeze! I can’t say enough good things about Steven, Logan, and Dantez! They were so professional and courteous. The whole process took 3 days and at the end of each day they would come and tell me exactly what was done, answer any questions I had, and show me pictures of the job they had done under my home. When they had to come in my home they took off their shoes and each day they left my yard looking like no one had ever been there. They are such hard workers!! On the last day, they had me come back and look at the work they had done and answer any questions I had. The money you spend is well worth the service and peace of mind they give you. Thank you AFS for having such amazing employees who do amazing work!

We did have an issue with our initial plan and it needed to be changed but it took weeks for anyone from AFS to get in contact with us but when they finally did, Ceasar’s crew came back and did a great job.

Shepard and Cage came out from AFS to lift some sagging concrete around our pool. They texted before they came, introduced themselves and went through the process to make sure I understood the project. They completed the work quickly then gave me a tour, a recap of what was done and the continuing support that I would receive over the next 5 years to ensure satisfaction with the product and project. The project turned out better than I had hoped. Also, I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional young men as Cage and Shepard. We own an ice cream, popcorn and coffee shop in downtown Fairhope in a historic house built in 1910. We had to make an important decision to temporarily close our business and improve our building's structure, which had many significant issues. After meeting with Keenan, we made a decision to use AFS because he was so professional, thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment of our issues and what needed to be done to fix them. Chance Smith was the foreman on our job; he and his colleagues worked diligently and professionally to complete our complex project plan which included new support piers underneath and moisture control encapsulation of the crawl space. They were a joy to deal with and delivered beyond our expectations. 100% recommend them and would use them again!
