Hayden Moffett performed the annual service on our encapsulated crawlspace, dehumidifier and sump pump that was installed by Alpha Foundation a year ago. Hayden called ahead to confirm the appointment, was on time, polite and professional throughout the service visit. He explained what he serviced and took a picture. My experience with Alpha Foundation customer service and Hayden was exceptional!

I used Alpha to encapsulate a beach house crawl space that takes on water in very heavy rain due to a high water table. Was damp and nasty most other times. Moisture was causing the kitchen floor under some heavy countertops to sag in some areas so lift and additional supports put in also, under island and along the main beam. I am happy with the result and I'm sure this has saved my investment. Air quality is great now that the crawl space has dried out, no more musty smell when the A/C is off. The sales and installation crew were great. Also Hayden came out recently to check the work a few months later and he was very good. I signed up with him for their 5-year service plan for the system. My only additions were some additional water sensors in low spots and a temp & humidity sensor all from Govee that are on the home wifi and send me alerts remotely if any issues. I also placed another temp & humidity sensor outdoors for comparison since the Govee app plots them over time. The humidity at this location rises to in the 90% pretty routinely every night, even when no rain in the area. Everything outside will be wet from the condensation but the crawl space humidity does not budge and stays dry.

We had alpha foundations best crew we had crew Foreman clay Caldwell we had Jordan Reid and Kevin nims I can't say enough about this crew they were wonderful they knew exactly how to fix our problem and went to work immediately they were very respectful of our home while doing their job. they were here on time and worked without any breaks or lunch they just did their job I can't say enough about this crew and alpha foundation. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is having problems with their foundation.

Bobby Banks was our service technician for some issues we have been having with our concrete pool deck. He was very professional. He quickly diagnosed our issue and explained the work he was planning to do, checking in periodically to show us the progress. He did his work with a smile and pleasantly answered all my questions.I have always had a positive experience with Alpha Foundations/AFS. It’s expensive, but they guarantee their work, and I have never had a problem getting them to return if I feel something has gone wrong.

We called Alpha foundations to come out and give us an estimate for a sinking subfloor. Within the same week, Eric came out and measured/leveled out the whole house, and wrote up a repair plan. That same day we had our estimate in hand, as well as a scheduled date of install. They offer 12months of no interest financing which was very convenient for us. Jeff, the crew foreman, called me 24 hours before the repairs to let me know an estimated arrival and the guys showed up Monday morning exactly when they said they would. Steven and Trent did an amazing job digging footers, installing the steel reinforcement beams, and placing the Intelijacks underneath our home. The crew was very professional and prompt. We are highly likely to use them again if we ever have any other needs for their services in the future.

Hands down Justin Bennett is one of the most courteous professional representatives we have met in the world of poor customer service of today. We were pleased how he educated us on the "features and benefits" of utilizing Alpha Foundations for our "long term safety and value of our home". We found Justin Bennett a problem solver, having great communication skills, alert listener, very organized, through, empathic, and passionate about Alpha Foundations. We are preparing our next steps of restoration at this time in which utilizing this upgrade will be added into our plan. We certainly feel confident in Justin and Alpha Foundations by forwarding all the referrals we can to Justin for others homes in the area.
