Matt Hall was our service tech. He is very professional and thorough. He took time to explain everything completely to me, since we are new customers. He went above and beyond by showing me a leak with our ac. And went as far as to vacuum the blockage out in the condensation line for us( not his job). He also pointed out a job, that had been paid for, but not completed on our contract. Hope to always have him as our tech! If more people provided the customer service he provides, companies would thrive. Not to mention the world would be a better place.

From the very beginning of working out the details of encapsulating our crawlspace with Keenan to the moment Chance, Joseph, and Christopher finished the project, these guys were phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a better crew to work with. They went above and beyond, answering every question we had and communicated far beyond expectations to make sure we knew what was going on through the entire process. Extremely professional, efficient, and hardworking from beginning to end! Our crawlspace looks absolutely amazing, thanks AFS!

Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. We had an excellent experience with AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists for our crawlspace encapsulation. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in their work. Matthew Ridley, Sean Lowe, and Tarish Curry went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. They kept us informed throughout the process, were respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. It’s hard to find a crew that cares this much about the quality of their work, and it definitely showed. We highly recommend AFS and especially Matthew, Sean, and Tarish to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work!

Charles, Nathan and Nolan worked very hard to mitigate our issue. Individually,they are great workers, but as a team they are amazing. AFS team consisting of Kevin Calderon, Logan F, Oliver G, and Ashton S remediated my crawl space. In 4 days they removed insulation, sprayed for mold and mildew, pulled up the moisture barrier, installed drainage system along interior of crawl space, encapsulated the area. Installed two condensation drain pumps and dehumidifier. Finally installed new entrance door. Kept me informed throughout the project. Great job by a great team. JMD

We were really happy we choose AFS to work on our foundation issues. The inspector Chase Griffith was so thorough in his inspection and explanations of the issue and recommended remedy that it gave us complete confidence in the plan. When the team showed up to perform the work that confidence continued with foreman Tyler Moreland. He was always explaining what they were doing, referring back to the plan, and asking and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them and, in fact, I already have. A neighbor asked me about them and their work and I wholeheartedly endorsed this company to them.
