Trace came out to do some maintenance on my crawl space (They had encapsulated it in 2020 in addition with mold remediation and added a sump pump and dehumidifier). Trace was great, fast and efficient (When I wasn't talking his ear off) and the price was even lower than expected. I would definitely recommend Chase with AFS!

We had our crawlspace encapsulated & a drainage system installed in our basement, and we have a BIG basement, so it was no small feat! The AFS crew of Freddie, Jorge, & Sebastian did an outstanding job in every way! Uber came to assist the 3rd day and they completed the job flawlessly! Such a breath of fresh air to have guys with such a great work ethic and smiles that fill a room! They were so professional & pleasant! It was such a pleasure having these guys do the job for us! I just wanted to adopt them all! A+! Thanks AFS!

Review of AFS and Foreman Nick Bohal – The Best in Polyurethane Concrete Lifting I recently had the opportunity to work with AFS and their exceptional polyurethane concrete lifting foreman, Nick Bohal. From the moment I reached out to the company, I was impressed by their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. AFS specializes in lifting and stabilizing concrete surfaces, and their expertise truly shines through in every project. Whether it's driveways, sidewalks, or pool decks, AFS has the tools and experience to restore concrete back to its original placement. Nick embodied this commitment with his extensive knowledge of polyurethane lifting techniques, ensuring that every job met AFS's high standards. What I appreciated most about working with AFS was their focus on quality assurance. Nick took great care to fully stabilize the concrete and prevent any future issues. His meticulous approach gave me confidence in the work being done, knowing that AFS prioritizes long-lasting results. Communication is another key strength of AFS. Nick was always available to answer my questions and update me on the progress of the project. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of the work.
