Bobby Banks was our service technician for some issues we have been having with our concrete pool deck. He was very professional. He quickly diagnosed our issue and explained the work he was planning to do, checking in periodically to show us the progress. He did his work with a smile and pleasantly answered all my questions.I have always had a positive experience with Alpha Foundations/AFS. It’s expensive, but they guarantee their work, and I have never had a problem getting them to return if I feel something has gone wrong.

We had AFS do an estimate for waterproofing our basement/garage. The sales rep, Wade, was fantastic. Upfront, honest, thorough, and answered all our quests/concerns. Quote was also very reasonable given the scope of work to be done. We will definitely be using them for our project soon.As a follow up…we used AFS for our large project, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Shawn, Evan, and Kesaun we fantastic from start to finish. Great communication about the job and scope of work and did a very thorough job. Highly recommend the whole AFS team.

I was really impressed with AFS, this company sent one of their inspectors out to my duplex and his name was Caleb and he called me before and let me know what time he was arriving and his character, and person was so pleasant and he examined issue and gave me a straight to the point answer of the problem and how I could resolve it. When the repairman (Chris) showed up he went over in detail the plan for the repairs. He was upfront about the difficulty of my repairs. Expectations were set and I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job even before I contacted AFS. He was upfront and honest the entire time of the project. Were all the repairs able to be completed no, but it was not because of his effort. Concrete is not an easy item to work with when trying to do repairs. Would we have liked for everything to go perfect I think we all would, but we don’t live in a perfect world. Things happen beyond our control and Chris did everything he could to get my issues into a better place than they were before he arrived. After all was said and done they adjust the price based on what they could not fix. I would recommend AFS and Chris!
