Hi! This is Mona from Taylorsville and I would like to tell you about my experience with AFS Foundation repair and waterproofing. I would like to say my meeting with Alex Parker-a specialist with AFS-, was a great experience. I thought I might be having some foundation problems with my home. I googled and found AFS. I made a call and spoke with Katrina. She was quite pleasant to speak with, very mannerly and really understanding. She asked a few questions and immediately wanted to set an appointment the very next day. Shortly after I hung up the phone, Alex Parker gave me a call. He was the gentleman that was coming to do my inspection. I really was anxious on how the meeting and inspection would go…afraid I would be talked into something very expensive, mainly because I didn't know if I had issues or not. Needless to say, Alex was very thorough in his inspection. (almost 2 hours)…He came back in the house wanting to show me the pics he had taken and he was very quick to set my fears at rest….nothing majorly wrong. I immediately thanked MY JESUS for answered prayer. I also let him know I had been praying so hard that there would not be an expensive situation that I could not afford. I learned that Alex also led his life pleasing the Lord as well as his customers. I would recommend Alex Parker anytime to someone looking for foundation, concrete repair or waterproofing. A very nice and caring young man.

Gerard, Jordahn and Chris did the drainage work in my crawlspace, and they did a fantastic job! They got the work completed very fast and we’re very nice and respectful. I have nothing but great things to say about them AFS is lucky to have them as well as Jim Adams who inspected my home he did an amazing job and made sure my home got the right repair with the right crew to handle it. They made sure I was taken care of and happy with everything from beginning to End. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Thank you for Mr. Paul Rice, Logan , Jesus, Jacob for do great foundation climate control and repair. My husband is a veteran served this country for 23 years and 3 months and I former medical worker and during covid 19 in NYC. They have help saved the settling of our home , they have helped stopped the original growth of mold in our crawl space and made our home a healthy and safe environment! I have rheumatoid arthritis , fibermyalgia and a low immune system that of this wasnt controlled i would have gotten even more sick from this home then I already have. This home has given me pain and suffering after we purchased it and with this team Mr Paul Rice Logan , Jesus, Jacob they helped me and my quality of life and the lifespan of my home! I would recommend them to anyone in my family if that says anything and anyone else who may need their services. We are truly greatful for their profession , professionalism , empathy and kindness and they let us feel like part of the AFS family !
