Dan Gordon came out this past Tuesday to do an assessment on the foundation of my home. When looking at the cracks on our home, we did not think that this was a major issue. When Dan arrived, he took the time to assess the foundation issues that we were having and explained that this was more of an issue than what we were led to believe. Dan was able to give us a diagnosis on what the symptoms were and a clear path to fix this problem.

I was standing at the crossroads of whether to sell my home/property or have foundation issues addressed. An AFS truck passed my house one day so I decided to give them a call for an inspection and quote. Joe Kashner, Project Manager, arrived and did the inspection. Thankfully, it was found that I had termites, which I immediately had treated. He went over the issues, which were much more than I anticipated, and then the quote. It still left me standing at the crossroads on what to do. However, after much thought and discussion and questions answered, Joe worked with me, and I made a decision I wanted to keep my home. An AFS crew showed up on a Monday for a week long project that included joist work (adding and replacement), partial girder replacement, some sealplate replacement, and then encapsulation (due to water and moisture problems). The crew – Taylor Fox, David Ennis, Patrick Trotter, and Clay Graham (who came on the last day to assist with completion) were nothing short of amazing. Such hardworking professionals with great work ethic that kept me updated throughout the project with pics. I just can't say enough good. What a pleasure it was to have them around. Their workmanship looks amazing! I am so thankful for that truck passing my house that one day that lead me to call AFS. I know they had my best interest at heart, and for that, I am grateful. I was blessed with the best!

David Ennis, Taylor Fox and David Smith did an excellent job on our foundation. We had notable issues in our home from foundation sink, but by the final day of work those problems were resolved. We were also set up with a drain system to prevent future issues.

We just had AFS out to do a lot of foundation work and work done on our crawl space. The crew that came out Evan, Aldo and Jorge were fantastic. They were very friendly and professional. They left the worksite clean both days they were out and finished the job early. Upon inspection everything was done exactly as it was suppose to be. They even went above and beyond with ensuring all of our concerns were taken care of before leaving. Their great attitude and great customer service were refreshing. They walked us through in detail everything they did and we could not be happier with the work. I highly recommend AFS if you need any foundation work done.
