Aaron DeFilippo was outstanding! He did an excellent job as our Certified Field Inspector. He was professional, kind, and very friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did he thoroughly assess our initial concern, but he also identified additional areas around our home that we hadn’t even considered. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Aaron!

Coming to the realization that a house I am wanting to remodel needed extreme measures taken to repair the foundation had me quite worried and on edge until Caleb Loy, a Certified Field Inspector for AFS, helped me to clearly see the need AND the process for repair. A construction friend referred me to AFS, and AFS was quick to set me up with an inspector, Caleb Loy, the next day. Caleb explained the entire inspection and results well, and he followed up with detailed measures for repair. It’s always good to know someone hears me and responds appropriately. I would definitely recommend AFS!

Matt Carter came out and helped us figured out what was going on with our crawl space/flooring. He was kind and very knowledgeable. He explained the problems he found, clearly and showed us pictures to match what he found. He doesn't push to sell, he lays it out and let's you decide what options are out there. Thank you Matt!

Gerard, Jordahn and Chris did the drainage work in my crawlspace, and they did a fantastic job! They got the work completed very fast and we’re very nice and respectful. I have nothing but great things to say about them AFS is lucky to have them as well as Jim Adams who inspected my home he did an amazing job and made sure my home got the right repair with the right crew to handle it. They made sure I was taken care of and happy with everything from beginning to End. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nate was great! He took his time examining our home and walking through what to look out for. We ultimately didn’t need to have any repairs or work done at this time, but if and when we do in the future, we will definitely reach back out to AFS. We appreciate their honest and dependable business!

I highly recommend this company. We had a terrible basement that needed to be waterproof, from the consultation to the installation, everything went exactly to what they said. They ran into a void in the concrete and I was worried, the crew problem solved it and corrected the issue. Extremely professional and cleaned up beautifully. Caleb did excellent during consultation. The crew Matthew Ridley Coby Stealey Shawn Lowe, if you get this done ask for them…they worked late and got done on schedule.
