Wanted to shout out Trent Baker, Cole Barbaras and Chester Werkheiser for doing an excellent job of installing a French drain and sump pump in my basement. Trent explained everything to me and kept me updated on the progress. Work was completed in one day and did they did an awesome job of cleaning up when done. Highly recommend these guys to help with your leaky water/moisture needs.

He was very good about explaining how water can find its way in to foundations of houses and options for how to address it. I used AFS to repair my foundation , They sent me Joe, and his crew, they finished my job in two days, were very professional, took every precaution not to tear up my yard and made sure everything was clean and in order when they finished. Definitely would recommend AFS to family and neighbors and would tell them to make sure they ask for Joe and his crew Jeremiah&Julio to do the job. I would also recommend Tommy Thomason to come out and do the estimate, very professional, checks everything and makes sure you understand the procedures that will be performed, He recommended Joe, Jeremiah and Julio. So make sure you ask for these guys by name if you have issues with your home like I did.

I have nothing but positive things to say about AFS! Our home had several issues that needed to be addressed, such as moisture in the crawlspace, sagging beams, and lack of floor supports. After calling AFS, we meet with their inspector who conducted a thorough inspection and explained all areas of concern. When the time came for the repairs, AFS was in constant communication with us and gave an accurate estimate of their arrival. The crew that showed up (Jackson, Micah, and Mikey) were fantastic! They were professional, detail oriented, and open to our questions. After completing the work, we did a walkthrough with the foreman to ensure we were happy with the repairs. I highly recommend AFS for anyone experiencing issues with their crawlspace or foundation.

He went above and beyond during his inspection, even taking the time to reconnect an unattached dryer vent for us. Chris communicated information about the house with clarity and knowledge, and is a great representation of standard the customer service we have come to expect from AFS.

Jake came and done the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained every detail about our project and everything they were going to be doing with our foundation and crawlspace. Dakota, the foreman, kept us informed. The crew doing the install/repairs did an Amazing job. We would recommend AFS to anyone! Definitely worth the call and trusting them with our home! 10/10 isn’t enough for them!
