Our experience with AFS Huntsville was nothing less than wonderful. We bought an older home several months ago. Due to some issues discovered after moving in, we decided we needed a more thorough inspection of our crawlspace area. After a little research, we decided to reach out to AFS. Bret Carroll came out for the inspection. He provided photos of our current situation in addition to videos and a detailed explanation of what would be needed to help improve our crawlspace. He was not your typical “salesman”. He provided the facts and a quote, then we made an informed decision on how to proceed. Exactly five days later, an amazing crew – Blaise Slydell, Derrius Green, and Gage Dullea – arrived and got straight to work. Blaise kept us up to date on each day’s progress. They were punctual as well as professional and very easy to work with. We could not have asked for a better crew. We would definitely recommend AFS to friends and family!

AFS recently reframed the flooring in a historic home that was built in 1813 as part of a capital improvement project, the project was completed on time and without any problems. Tony B., Foreman, and his team Israel and Taylor F. did a great job, they were on time, worked diligently, professional, and knowledgeable. Aaron Jernigan is the man! He came out after a severe flooding took place in my crawlspace due to a busted city water pipe, removed the standing water, retaped my vapor barrier, and made sure my sump pumps and dehumidifier were still functioning at optimal levels. Even while booked up, he still was able to squeeze me in to take care of my home. I appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. AFS has a rockstar and his name is Aaron!

I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA – Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023. I used Alpha to encapsulate a beach house crawl space that takes on water in very heavy rain due to a high water table. Was damp and nasty most other times. Moisture was causing the kitchen floor under some heavy countertops to sag in some areas so lift and additional supports put in also, under island and along the main beam. I am happy with the result and I'm sure this has saved my investment. Air quality is great now that the crawl space has dried out, no more musty smell when the A/C is off. The sales and installation crew were great. Also Hayden came out recently to check the work a few months later and he was very good. I signed up with him for their 5-year service plan for the system. My only additions were some additional water sensors in low spots and a temp & humidity sensor all from Govee that are on the home wifi and send me alerts remotely if any issues. I also placed another temp & humidity sensor outdoors for comparison since the Govee app plots them over time. The humidity at this location rises to in the 90% pretty routinely every night, even when no rain in the area. Everything outside will be wet from the condensation but the crawl space humidity does not budge and stays dry.
