Using technologically advanced equipment, Andrew Walker thoroughly measured and inspected Interior Floors, Walls, Garage, Driveway, Walkways, Patio, Front Porch and Stoop for Signs Of Settlement, providing clear feedback on his findings throughout the inspection process. Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. I am Quite Satisfied with the Overall Service and Materials provided by AFS Technicians. Keep up the Good Work!

We had an excellent experience with AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists for our crawlspace encapsulation. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in their work. Matthew Ridley, Sean Lowe, and Tarish Curry went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. They kept us informed throughout the process, were respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. It’s hard to find a crew that cares this much about the quality of their work, and it definitely showed. We highly recommend AFS and especially Matthew, Sean, and Tarish to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work!

From start to finish, my experience with AFS was superb. Taylor's inspection and diagnosis with easy-to-understand explanations was very professional and appreciated. The crew that came to complete the work (David, Bobby and Jesus) was excellent. Every step of the process was explained with pictures provided. The clean-up was so good that you could hardly tell that they had dug four seventeen-foot holes under the foundation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing work.

We have George Knox come out to give us a quote on having our sidewalk and driveway lifted. He worked closely with us to secure a solution within our price range, and was very kind. Just now Gavin Dendy and Jonathan Alvarez completed the lifting and crack sealing of our driveway! Unfortunately a portion of the sidewalk could not be saved. But they did everything to give me options to solve the problem. I am very pleased with the service, pleased with the price, and would recommend This team completely!

Matt came out to do my inspection and was so professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process of the inspection and then sat down with me and showed me informational videos of the issues found and solutions to those problems. Matt spent about 2 hours here with me during the inspection. Highly recommend if you are having foundation issues.
