Travis S. was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He gave us tips on what we can do as homeowners to monitor and maintain our crawl space. He addressed our concerns and thoroughly inspected our encapsulated crawl space along with the exterior of our home. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. AFS should employ more people like Travis. We felt he went above and beyond what his job requires of him.

Our lousy builder installed a french drain that plugged after 8 years. The AFS crew – Matthew Ridley, Coby Stealey, and Shawn Lowe – installed a sump drain and pump. The crew was on time, polite, hard-working, and informative. As bad as it looked while they were running jackhammers in my basement, the area was neat and tidy when they finished. I hope to never again need AFS Foundation and Waterproofing. But if you need this work done, this company dispatched a quality crew from Knoxville to Piney Flats.

Archie, Nate, and Adam are amazing!!! We have had several jobs done at our house over the past couple of years and there is no one who comes even close to matching the professionalism, personal attention, and communication of Archie. They had to come back a few times to get the job done—because our house is a Franken-house and they were gracious and genuinely interested in getting the job done right. I cannot recommend them enough and AFS lucked out to have Archie representing the company. Amazing!

We had AFS do an estimate for waterproofing our basement/garage. The sales rep, Wade, was fantastic. Upfront, honest, thorough, and answered all our quests/concerns. Quote was also very reasonable given the scope of work to be done. We will definitely be using them for our project soon.As a follow up…we used AFS for our large project, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Shawn, Evan, and Kesaun we fantastic from start to finish. Great communication about the job and scope of work and did a very thorough job. Highly recommend the whole AFS team.

Highly recommend AFS Nashville. Jake came for our initial estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. He was not in a rush to give us an estimate and leave like the others. We accepted the estimate and the very next day we were placed on the schedule. The team arrived the planned start date and were here 3 days as expected. I cannot brag enough of the courteousness, attention to detail, and hard working men that were our crew. Adam, Selvin and Jesse were the best! Very hard working and Adam even talked to my neighbor about possibility of the equipment in her yard. I highly recommend AFS Nashville and this team. Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

I have nothing but positive things to say about AFS! Our home had several issues that needed to be addressed, such as moisture in the crawlspace, sagging beams, and lack of floor supports. After calling AFS, we meet with their inspector who conducted a thorough inspection and explained all areas of concern. When the time came for the repairs, AFS was in constant communication with us and gave an accurate estimate of their arrival. The crew that showed up (Jackson, Micah, and Mikey) were fantastic! They were professional, detail oriented, and open to our questions. After completing the work, we did a walkthrough with the foreman to ensure we were happy with the repairs. I highly recommend AFS for anyone experiencing issues with their crawlspace or foundation.

The technician Emmett W, that came to my house for my yearly inspection, was also one that worked on the installation of my encapsulation last year. I was shown the pictures that he took and he explained them all to me. He told me that I may want to consider changing the pumps in my crawl space with no pressure to purchase new ones. What a delightful personality he has! He was very cordial, polite and thorough. Along with the inspection we shared stories, a snack and a hug. You must be very proud to have him as one of your techs. If all your technicians are as well trained and pleasant as he was then you have an amazing team. I definitely look forward to seeing him again in the future. Thank you Emmett. (If there were ten stars, that's what I would give him. )
