Johnnie West from Linden, Al. Juan Castillo and his crew Arturo, Luciano and Silvano demonstrated surperb harmony and teamwork while performing excellent foundation work on my home. From start to finish this crew was neat and when they left all the work site was clean. They even made adjustments on work performed over a year ago. They worked safely and wore PPE.I would certainly recommend them. Good people and very friendly.

We needed to waterproof our basement and had the pleasure of working with the team from AFS. Matthew R., Shawn L., and Hugo N. were all very professional, courteous, and worked so hard to make sure they got the job done as soon as possible. Matthew made sure to give us progress reports and updates during the project window and answered any questions we had along the way. They finished ahead of schedule, but not because it was rushed. They just worked that hard! Thank you very much for all your hard work!

This is a great company to work with. We first met Ben who analyzed our situation and kindly sat down with us and discussed a plan that not only addressed the most serious foundational problems first but kept it affordable for us. A few weeks later David, Bobby and Jesus came by, even though it looked like rain, and not only got the job done quickly and efficiently but they did an awesome job of cleaning up and replacing concrete. David was really friendly and walked us through the whole process, too. We can’t recommend this company enough!

We hired AFS to stabilize our outdoor fireplace that was falling backwards due to the soft ground giving way. Bailey C and Denzel Q were extremely professional and did an amazing job. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and showed us their progress along the way. They were extremely respectful and took great care to not disturb our yard. We are very pleased with their work. Sorry I don’t have any before pictures but it was leaning against the fence before the fixed it.

I recently had four support piers installed under a corner of my house. This is my second experience with the work of AFS, and I’m glad to say that both times the staff and work of AFS were top-notch. The initial meeting and assessment with Greg was thorough and clear about the need for work. Greg took time to explain the work to be done and the estimate. He was friendly, professional – an excellent representative for AFS. The crew of Uber, Fernando and Marco, who completed the foundation work were equally professional. Each was friendly, personable and conscientious about their work. They ensured that I was able to see the work at different stages, and the they explained it in detail and made sure my questions were answered. This trio worked steadily and without complaint in the sun on a 90+ degree day to complete the work. When complete, they he area was made neat and ready for grass seeding, which I appreciated a lot. Clearly, I can highly recommend AFS and their staff for crawlspace and foundation work. Both times I needed them, they came through with flying colors. Thank you AFS.

We contacted AFS to lift/stabilize our old concrete porch slab. Peyton, the field inspector, was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. On the day of the work, Nick B. and Josh B. were on time, excellent at walking us through the process, and did a great job at the repair and clean up. Our porch did not raise dramatically like we hoped, but this was not at any fault of the crew. From the very beginning they were very clear that lift wouldn't be guaranteed. The sag, however, did almost entirely resolve and we are confident that it is stabilized now. We will definitely call AFS again if we ever need any of their services!

First and foremost this company was over 10k cheaper than one of their competitors! Secondly they was in touch with us a lot before the job was done so with that said their communication is 100%! They made two trips the day of the estimate cause they needed in the house to check a couple things. Once someone could be there they drove an hour at the end of their work day to look at what the wanted to check. Pairs Houchins and Kyle Juraszek told me what they was doing and why they was doing throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a company explain things like they did. These two young men went above and beyond. When they left you could even tell they had been there! THANKS for the professional work and even more professional attention to detail! You guys rock! If you’re reading this review just know you can’t go wrong with these folks!
