Tony Marlowe came out and drove 2.5 hours to inspect the foundation of home! He was on time, very polite and took the time to answered all our questions. Our home is going to need over 15K in foundation work so as consumers we want to feel good about the quality of the work we will be getting done with AFS. We would recommend Tony and AFS to anyone who needs home foundational work done. Thanks again, Tony!

I recently used AFS to complete waterproofing and stabilization in my basement. I am so pleased with the work that was completed, and everyone I encountered throughout the process was amazing. Seth, who did the initial inspection and completed the proposal, was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. Alexis handled all of the paperwork; she was prompt, courteous, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. Cesar, Miguel, and Luciano completed the work for us in just two days! They were so polite, professional, and very hard working! Cesar kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the process and answered any questions I had. They completed all of the work with precision and left the area looking neat and clean. If professionalism and customer service are important to you, go with AFS! I can't recommend them enough.

Tony Marlowe, service technician with AFS, did an outstanding job. He was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish, and you can tell right away that he truly knows his craft. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. What really stood out was how great he was with my animals calm, patient, and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely personable. I highly recommend Tony to anyone needing service top-notch experience all around!

I can’t say anything but great things about Gunter the technician that came to do my annual home inspection this year. He was very professional and competent explained things well. He also went above and beyond because there was a part that needed to be replaced, and he did not have it in his truck, but he made a point to call me on Saturday. Yes the weekend and say he was in the area and would be happy to run by and put it on if that was OK. I told him that would be fine and that I was extremely impressed that he would make time on his day off to take care of getting this fixed. It is a great company and Gunter is a great example of the talented service oriented staff they have.

Uriel, Bryce, and Austin were amazing! The corner of our home was sinking due to age and an old tree root rotting underneath. I didn’t think the amount of sinkage was that bad, but the difference was crazy! They communicated with me the whole time, and explained everything thoroughly after the job was completed. An added bonus we didn’t ask for, they took the old root out and dumped it for us!

Richard came and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair damage to my front porch. He explain what they would do, repair time and cost. Agreed to have it fixed and Matthew came the next day. Matthew called before his arrival. After he was finished with the job, he explained to me what had taken place . He assured me if I had any problems to call. I would highly recommend them.
