I can't say enough good things about Jonathan and his team. After a home fire a few months ago, money was tight, and I explained my situation to Jonathan. He was incredibly understanding and gave me several affordable options, which meant a lot during such a stressful time. We had rain coming soon, and I was worried about ruining the brand‑new carpet we had just installed. They got us scheduled quickly and finished the job before the next big storm. It poured the very next day, and thanks to their work, we had zero flooding — and still don't to this day. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the crew was professional, efficient, and kind. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend Jonathan and his team. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Five stars all the way.

We bought our home about a year ago, and had noticed that water was intruding into our finished basement a couple weeks back. I had AFS come out install an interior drainage system for my finished basement this week. John Jones and Gavin did an absolutely incredible job with the installation. Their finished product was exceptionally clean, and they did a great job with the dust control. John Jones was very thorough and mindful of the details while explaining how the system would be installed and showing us each step of the process. I can’t emphasize enough how professional the guys were. I also want to thank Abe Austin who came out and performed the initial inspection. He was able to quickly identify the areas of concern around the perimeter of the basement and was very knowledgeable about the appropriate repair. I would gladly recommend AFS to anyone who needs foundation repair!

Things went as discussed when I decided to hire. Carlos, Julio and Margarito called before arriving and kept me informed of their start time. Their communication through the whole process was exceptional. At one spot it seemed we might have had a bigger problem than anticipated, Carlos a team implemented a plan and brought it all together. Great work friendly guys leave things the way they were before they arrived. You do have to pre your landscaping cause you can’t expect them to replant it. I moved what I was worried about ahead of time. Or I should say my daughter got it for me. I had bypass surgery an couldn’t get it done. Thnx for the great job guys. AFS needs to hold on to y’all.

AFS is the only foundation company I will use from now on. Austin came out on very short notice to look at a problem my home inspector missed! Within a couples hours I had a fully written plan to fix my rotten sub floor and joist. Stephen Gilland and Sean Bossaerta came out two weeks later to install new joists and fix my sub floor. Very professional guys, kept me updated along the way and made short work out of a very big problem. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they had done. As a new home owner this company is a life saver!

We had a complicated repair and I reached out to 5 companies. AFS stood out from the beginning through their sales team to their repair plan. Once my repair started, I was overly impressed with the communication technology used and I felt very informed throughout the process. The staff was knowledgeable and their end results showed they cared about providing quality workmanship. The two crews were great (Tyler, Able & Pedro / Matthew & John). Thanks very much guys. I would not hesitate contacting this company if you are in need of their services.
