AFS is an absolute pleasure to work with. It all started with the amazing inspector, Katie (highly recommend) who came to my cabin to give me a thorough and accurate quote with an extremely fair price compared to the competition (got quoted almost double for the same job from crawlspace ninja & a few other local companies and they spent only a few minutes in the crawlspace-absolutely terrible). Katie made sure I was taken care of and also assured me they would send there best crew to do the job. And man was she right!! The best crew I have ever worked with was led by Darian & his co-foreman Tanner. They arrived on time and with amazing attitudes while being extremely efficient and knowledgeable while they walked me through there plan of action and then perfectly executed said plan!! Could not be happier with how my crawlspace encapsulation turned out!10/10 would recommend Katie & Darian at AFS to do any and all crawlspace work you are looking for!I will definitely be using them for any of my foundation/crawlspace issues in the future.

Bryson is exceptional! His inspection was extremely thorough along with pictures and graphs which were very helpful. His presentation was very scientific and easy to follow. We appreciated his breaking up the project into what was critical to do and what could be done later. The different financial options are a huge bonus. 0verall, we were very impressed!

Nicholas D’Esposito came to my house today to not only service my crawlspace drainage system but fix an unhappy former customer. The old management with AFS, years ago, dropped the ball by being rude and completely ignoring issues I was having with the system. Nicholas D’Esposito called me and convinced me to do a free inspection on the system. He also flushed and maintained the system and repaired some damaged sections of the encapsulation I hadn't had time to fix. He has won me back as a customer.

I live in far Eastern Tennessee. Almost in North Carolina, and trying to get any home Repair is extremely difficult, so it was a blessing when the AFS inspector showed app was very timely, polite and very good at communicating …he gave me exactly what I needed to know about my home. It is over 100 years old and I could find no one over the past 2 and a 1/2 years who might look at the foundation and do the repairs. Caleb Loy was courteous, efficient and very well spoken. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation of my foundation, using actual pictures for real time accuracy so I could grasp the seriousness of the disrepair and neglect from previous owners, and then gave an exemplary presentation of how my home could be saved, and last for future generations. If you are near Butler, Johnson City, Kingsport to Knoxville, ask for Caleb Loy.

These young men knew their job well, were professional, communicative, respectful of my property and cleaned up before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend this company and this crew. AFS did an amazing job repairing termite damaged girders in our home. They were very professional on time and all-around did a great job. The crew, Jackson, Mikey and Brandon were great guys. Explained what they were gonna do before they even started and didn't waste no time getting the job done. We are very pleased with their work and those guys. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fred came out on a miserable day without complaint, explained the inspection process and got to work immediately. He then gave a thorough of his findings and already had recommendations ready to go. Work was performed THE NEXT WEEK by Trent, Darian and Tyler. Encapsulated, the crawlspace, added the floor jacks and lifted the house all in half a day. Would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone with housing issues.
