I highly recommend AFS, the guys (Mathew Ridley, Cody Stealey, tavish Curny) were prompt, obviously knew what they were doing, they did a job I thought was going to take a couple of days in a few hours..also the professional way Jediah (the original investigator) explained everything to me , made it easy to choose AFS….

Spencer was great during inspection. Very thorough and honest with what we need and timeline. There was no “sales pitch” or any feeling that he was being anything other than fully transparent which I appreciate.

First of all this is a very difficult job for the workers any I appreciate the way they handled their business! The crew on my job was Micah, Shawn and Kayden. What an amazing team they have. They are such hard workers and explained every step in the process, They continuously kept me updated. They took the time to answer all my questions without judgement. They have fun while handling a scary job. We did encapsulation and they were positive about the project, I liked them so much that I asked the Pro Desk at Home Depot to add them to the list of preferred providers! So know you to know the final results? The crawl space looks amazing and all those future problems will no longer be an issue! Yes it is an expensive project, but now we have the piece of mind that we avoided future problems and dishing the right way! AFS has my highest recommendation!

The beginning estimate was such a smooth process with lots of pictures, options, and clear explanations of problem areas. Easy choice to move forward with AFS and I'm glad I did. I imagined it works be an all day job, but the crew came and went in under 5 hours. Jorge, Hilmer, and Jesus did an absolutely awesome job. They had to dig under one of my flower beds and even replanted what they had to dig under! They were all incredibly friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company and crew to anyone with foundation concerns.

Nick Clanciolo was awesome. Came out for annual inspection. Afterwards we sat down and showed everything that was done with pictures showing the work that he provided, also explaining things step by step. Gave a great recommendation to have some electrical work done. I’m glad that I chose AFS 6 years ago to do my basement and crawl space

Using technologically advanced equipment, Andrew Walker thoroughly measured and inspected Interior Floors, Walls, Garage, Driveway, Walkways, Patio, Front Porch and Stoop for Signs Of Settlement, providing clear feedback on his findings throughout the inspection process. Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. I am Quite Satisfied with the Overall Service and Materials provided by AFS Technicians. Keep up the Good Work!
