I received a very fair estimate from Levi Harris @ AFS. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Levi was very helpful and explained how they lift the concrete and the products they use. Unfortunately I have to look into some electrical issues before any repair can be done. I would recommend this company and hope to use them in the future. Thanks again Levi and AFS, everyone was friendly and helpful, I appreciate it.

Scheduled an inspection for a sagging concrete sidewalk (and front steps)….Tanner arrived as scheduled and provided me a professional assessment of the damage, along with a repair estimate. He clearly explained the lifting process, with the help of some before and after videos. I scheduled the sidewalk repair, and also received an estimate for driveway repair (cracks, sagging, etc). There was no pressure at all….Tanner also inspected the exterior of our house for any signs of foundation problems, which he did not see! Before replacing a concrete sidewalk or driveway, I would definitely contact AFS for a free inspection to learn how their lifting process can save you time and money! Thank you!

I am always skeptical when getting quotes from businesses and I am always on the defensive. Today was a great experience. Aric was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He walked through the entire process and the options that were available. There was a lot to look at and inspect but he never appeared rushed. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and the company. I would absolutely recommend this company and Aric to anyone . Look forward to working with him on this project.

I am so impressed with this company and the guys that do the work (Archie, Brad, Adam, Nate and the crew that did the install of interior waterproofing system as well as our production manager and the initial meeting with Kristofer)… The professionalism, kindness, care to details, communication, they were an overall great group of people to work with! I could not be more happy with the work that was completed… It was so neatly done and I just really appreciated their honesty throughout the process with everything, always available to answer any and all questions. We selected this company based on reviews and were worried if we were going to make the right choice for such a big, complicated project and from start to finish I’m blown away! I would recommend this company to anybody- it wasn’t easy and they showed up on time, every time, and with smiles on their faces!

More importantly he didn't try to manufacturer solutions to issues I don't. 100% would recommend Levi and AFS for anyone who needs waterproofing their crawl space or their basement.

Once the inspection is complete, the Inspector will sit with you and present their findings. And because we provide same-day estimates, you’ll have all the cost and financing information you need to make a decision right away.
Get the work done when you’re ready
When you’re ready to move forward with repairs, we’ll help you choose an installation date that works for your schedule, and notify our Installation team immediately of the upcoming work.
