The crew from AFS were fantastic! Russell, Angel, Carman were great, they took the time to explain what they would be doing and how. Chris (foreman) stopped by to help and make sure we were happy with the progress and work being performed. We had AFS to level our kitchen floor in our 1931 bungalow that sagged over the years, now the floor is level and ready for the remodel. They made the recommendation to install two beams and I'm so glad we did. Floor is perfectly level.

Had a great experience with Alan M. during an inspection. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything. Then he took the time to explain each image and what needed to be done to correct the issues. He itemized each project that needed to be completed and showed the possible phases that could be used to finish some or all of the needed repairs. At no time did I feel he tried to pressure me into hiring AFS, but he broke down what AFS would do if they were contracted to complete the repairs. He was very friendly and personable throughout the whole inspection.

More importantly he didn't try to manufacturer solutions to issues I don't. 100% would recommend Levi and AFS for anyone who needs waterproofing their crawl space or their basement.

I had high expectations for AFS when I hired them to seal our crawlspace and they far exceeded them on every level. The installation team they sent was absolutely exceptional. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The job was done perfectly and a day and a half early! Tyler and Kayode (and their trainee) kept communication lines open, worked diligently and cleaned up completely afterwards. It's been my experience that this is an excellent, trustworthy company. I couldn't be more pleased.

Alan McConnell was here today and we had an informative discussion about the home inspection process for the leak in my basement. Alan had already reviewed the preliminary information, then asked me clarifying questions, answered my related questions, and conducted indoor and outdoor inspections in a courteous and professional manner. He presented options that would meet the home's leak repair needs and explained in detail how the repairs would be performed, including timing, warranty, etc. Everything went so well, the repair team will be here in a few weeks. PS – Alan was easy to talk to and my dog loved him.

This is Bill H. in Richmond, KY. Recently I contacted AFS Foundation & Waterproofing requesting their free inspection of the concerns I have with a crack forming on the bricks next to my garage door and a patio that soon will have the loose tiles repaired by removing and then having new tiles installed. TJ Langley, their inspector called and set up an appointment. In the rain, Mr Langley set up a lazer and measured my foundation all around the area were cracked bricks next to my garage door are. He determined the issue wasn't the foundation but instead the medal angle iron above the door. I was impressed that he didn't sell me a service I didn't need. The patio was another matter. It appeared the only issue was it needed the treatment to prevent further settling. He offered their service to correct that problem and we scheduled their people to come out. I paid the typical 30% down. So in preparation to stabilize the patio slab I had my tile laying contractor come out and remove the 300 sq. ft. of tile so the AFS technician could better see what issues there are with the slab. That's when I discovered the hidden condition of the slab. It is not usable because it is crumbling and in no condition to be repaired. I called Mr. Langley and told him what I had discovered. He gracefully refunded the down payment and canceled the contract. In my opinion this company is the kind of company you want to deal with. I am very impressed and thankful.
