Mr. Patrick McGrath, came by today to do an annual inspection. He went up under the house today to check the water barrier and then a foundation check around the house where we had some cracks. He went over the procedures of what we can do to fix the cracks and lift the house a little bit got about a year to think about it so other than that, he did a good job and appreciate him coming by and giving us the info. I highly recommend AFS Foundation and am a very satisfied customer. I needed foundation support work done on a screened in porch. The customer service was excellent from Mitch who came to give me an estimate and was very professional to work with. I also received excellent customer service from Collin, Isreal, and Surgio who actually did the work and completed the project. Collin kept me informed of what was being done and made sure I was satisfied with the final results. The communication was outstanding. The service team were all very well prepared, experienced, and knowledgeable and only took a few hours to complete my job. It was a pleasure to do business with AFS.

Today I had an appointment with Jordan from AFS. I had some problem with my crawl space and I needed to know what it was and how much it would cost to fix it. Jordan looked at the rotted subfloor and the mold growing under the flooring. He examined the crawlspace and took several pictures of what he found. We sat down and through conversation, videos and pictures he explained exactly what he found and what caused it. Jordan then laid out the options, costs and his recommendation for remediation. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. If you are in need of foundation/crawlspace work, I highly recommend contacting AFS for a free consultation and quote.

Not all my projects are finished yet with AFS, but I wanted to make it known how good of a job Evan, Aldo, and Jorge did on my crawl space. Evan was super nice and handled all the communication with me and I’m sure the other two were nice, but they just got straight to work. It is very noisy, just be prepared. On top of tools, there is music and they start screaming at each other about how they don’t want to work on Saturdays…which is why they came on Friday at 7:30 a.m. and were done by 3. They showed me the pictures afterward. It looked so clean. Like a science lab, and Evan put foam wherever light came through. I’m super impressed.

We recently had mold remediation and crawlspace encapsulation completed by AFS and we had a good experience with their team. From start to finish, everyone was professional, communicative, and responsive to the concerns we had about throughout the process. Rhys, our sales representative, took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure we understood what the work would involve. Adam, the supervisor, stayed engaged throughout the project and ensured everything ran smoothly. Trevor, Brennan, and Taylor did a good job throughout the project. They treated our home with care, kept the work area tidy, and were professional from start to finish. They were also knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. Overall, we’re very pleased with the work done by AFS and appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail from the entire team.
