They have 5 stars because they deserve it. All around great experience with AFS. Keith inspected a potential home and the home we just purchased. Was able to come out quickly in the inspection window which we appreciate. He was really thorough in explaining all issues and recommended fixes. I feel like he was out to save us as much money as possible to fix what was needed. We had our crawl space encapsulated by Jackson, Micah and David. These guys are hard workers that were really quiet that I barely knew that they were there. Which in a work from home environment is appreciated. Pleased with the work, showed me the finished area and explanation from Jackson. I would highly recommend AFS and will use them again no problem.

Was able to talk with the lead and was able to answer all questions. Taylor and his team Ei, Brennan, and Ke'saun (sorry if I didnt get the names right) were great and chatted with them whenever. They got the job done in two days and even went through the getting things done at night. They advise me on what to expect and what to check and even gave a tour under our crawl space. Was a great investment for the encapsulation with these gentlemen.

Just had AFS's expert team encapsulate my crawlspace. Kyle Davis, Dboe, and Quinton over the course of 2 days completely sealed and protected my crawlspace from moisture and installed dehumidifiers. Kyle did an exceptional job of keeping me in the loop of what they were doing, and set proper expectations on the timeline in a clear and professional way.
