I would highly recommend AFS for all of your foundation, crawlspace and basement needs/concerns. My wife and I had our crawlspace inspected after some concerns we noticed and needed a subject matter expert to answer our questions. Spencer Colson (Certified Field Inspector) showed up less than 48-hrs after scheduling. We were presented with a very professional and detailed assessment of our crawlspace (with pictures and yes, they were pictures of our actual crawlspace). He explained the step-by-step process that is utilized by AFS and even educated us on equipment he used to perform the inspection. We were glad during the process that he was not trying to sell us anything, but actually gave us a trustworthy assessment and recommended what needed to transpire from a preventative maintenance standpoint. We are very pleased with the results of his inspection and his above and beyond attitude to address all concerns.

AFS had highly professional technicians to work on my project. They arrived early and completed an estimated three-day job in two days. John, Darien and DKota were efficient, practical and novel in their approach to working around water and gas outlets, electrical breakers and a large AC unit. The tractor they used had to carefully be moved into place between a retaining wall and the home's 60-year old awning. Lifting the 60-year old addition to a 74-year old home was no small feat, but done expertly by the AFS crew.

Our experience with AFS was excellent! Our consultation was with Tim. We were comfortable with his plan to address the issues with our foundation. Our work crew was Victor, Antonio and Ubaldo. They were professional and kind. I spoke mostly with Victor and he was patient while he took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Very knowledgeable about the issues we had and the corrections. As a bonus, the work was scheduled to take two days and it was complete at the end of day one. I definitely recommend!

AFS did a wonderful job. My kitchen was sloping. Neil Collins came out and gave me an estimate a reasonable estimate and when the guys came out, Stephen Gill and Sean came out to fix the problem. They put steel beams and jacks under the house and Jack the house up. I Was very satisfied with the work they did. They walked me through every step explained to me what they were doing and was going to do cleaned everything up And left my house looking better than it did I was very happy with the results.
