I had great experience with AFS Groundworks and couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did encapsulating my crawl space. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Joe, Evan, and Edwin really stood out—they took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. The crawl space looks clean, sealed, and built to last. If you’re looking for a reliable team that delivers quality work and great customer service, I highly recommend AFS Groundworks. These guys did an outstanding job!

It was a pleasure working with Preston, Gusterio and Roberto. I was very apprehensive about the whole job at first. To watch all my flowers being dug up and big holes and mounds of dirt in there place, was a little distressing to say the least. Preston kept telling me everything was going to okay. They let me watch the whole process, then they replanted all my flowers minus a few weeds that needed to be pulled. When they completed the job I was amazed at how everything looked. If you need your home stabilized I would recommend AFS and Preston's crew.

I had an amazing experience working with Neal Collins at AFS Groundworks. From the very beginning, his customer service was top tier. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question with patience, and made sure I fully understood the process before moving forward. What stood out the most was his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help instead of making me feel pressured. Neal went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way he does. If you’re looking for a company that values honesty, communication, and excellent service, I highly recommend AFS Groundworks — and definitely ask for Neal Collins. He made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and well worth it.

I recently had a foundation issue with my garage. I reached out to AFS based on ads I heard on the radio. Sawyer from AFS came to my home and gave me an assessment and quote. I was very pleased with his knowledge and honest assessment of the situation. If you are in need of a foundation repair, I would highly recommend you give AFS a call. Specifically ask for Sawyer if you want someone very knowledgeable! Update: The work on my garage was just completed and the outstanding crew of Fernando, Marco and Uber was incredible. It was a full days work for them and they kept be informed as they completed the various steps along the way. Highly recommend AFS and this crew!

Tony Marlowe came out for an inspection. I stayed with him for most of the time he was here(hope he didn't mind). He was very thorough and explained a lot of what he was doing. He wrapped up with an in-depth review and common sense recommendations. We want him back for next year's inspection.

We bought our home about a year ago, and had noticed that water was intruding into our finished basement a couple weeks back. I had AFS come out install an interior drainage system for my finished basement this week. John Jones and Gavin did an absolutely incredible job with the installation. Their finished product was exceptionally clean, and they did a great job with the dust control. John Jones was very thorough and mindful of the details while explaining how the system would be installed and showing us each step of the process. I can’t emphasize enough how professional the guys were. I also want to thank Abe Austin who came out and performed the initial inspection. He was able to quickly identify the areas of concern around the perimeter of the basement and was very knowledgeable about the appropriate repair. I would gladly recommend AFS to anyone who needs foundation repair!
