But he also made me understand the importance and urgency of me not letting any of these these items and that need to be addressed taken care of as well. I can respect that and I definitely appreciate it because everybody's not in a financial position at the same time to just fix everything. That goes a long way and keeps lifelong customers. I wish all representatives understood that. Educate your customer as much as you can and then give them the freedom of space to make decisions when their financial able to.
