It all started with the amazing inspector, Katie (highly recommend) who came to my cabin to give me a thorough and accurate quote with an extremely fair price compared to the competition (got quoted almost double for the same job from crawlspace ninja & a few other local companies and they spent only a few minutes in the crawlspace-absolutely terrible). Katie made sure I was taken care of and also assured me they would send there best crew to do the job. And man was she right!! The best crew I have ever worked with was led by Darian & his co-foreman Tanner. They arrived on time and with amazing attitudes while being extremely efficient and knowledgeable while they walked me through there plan of action and then perfectly executed said plan!! AFS did a great job for us! John Brandon did a free inspection and did a great job explaining everything and helping us understand what we needed. Turns out we had a lot of water running under our house in the crawlspace, so AFS removed the old insulation, put in a drain system with a pump and a dehumidifier and did the crawlspace encapsulation. The installers were Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly and worked hard to finish the project in 3 days. Completely cleaned up everything. Now we no longer have to worry about mold in our crawlspace. Highly recommend! — Randy and Jennifer Smith

Dustin Gilbert, the inspector was informative, polite and no pressure applied to cement the sale. The installers, Randle S. & Austin C., were polite and professional.
